Πρόσφατα έμεινα εδώ για 4 νύχτες ως πρώτη φορά σόλο γυναίκα ταξιδιώτη και είχα μια συνολική θετική εμπειρία. Το δωμάτιό μου ήταν πολύ καθαρό και ευρύχωρο για ένα άτομο, με υπέροχη θέα και ένα άνετο κρεβάτι που διευκολύνει τη χαλάρωση. Ο κλιματισμός ήταν δυνατός και διατηρούσε το δωμάτιο σε τέλεια θερμοκρασία, ενώ το ζεστό νερό και η πίεση του νερού στο ντους ήταν σταθερά καλά. Το προσωπικό ήταν φιλικό και ευγενικό, πάντα έτοιμο να βοηθήσει με οποιεσδήποτε ερωτήσεις. Κάποια δευτερεύοντα ζητήματα προέκυψαν κατά τη διάρκεια της παραμονής μου: τα τηλεοπτικά κανάλια είχαν την τάση να παρουσιάζουν προβλήματα και έπρεπε να καλέσω έναν τεχνικό πολλές φορές, ειδικά μετά την απενεργοποίηση της τηλεόρασης. Εάν χρησιμοποιείτε το Grab, να είστε προετοιμασμένοι για κάποιες καθυστερήσεις, καθώς ο δρόμος μπροστά από το ξενοδοχείο είναι συνήθως πολυσύχναστος. Η τοποθεσία είναι λίγο με τα πόδια (12-14 λεπτά) από τον πλησιέστερο σταθμό του LRT, οπότε αν σας αρέσει να περπατάτε όπως εγώ, δεν είναι μεγάλη υπόθεση. Διαφορετικά, μπορεί να φαίνεται λίγο μακριά. Το λόμπι μπορεί να αισθάνεται γεμάτο, καθώς βρίσκεται στη μικρότερη πλευρά, και ενώ το πρωινό είναι αξιοπρεπές, θα ήθελα πολύ να δω λίγο περισσότερη ποικιλία και η ταχύτερη ανανέωση των αντικειμένων θα ήταν επίσης ωραία. Συνολικά, μια καλή επιλογή αν ψάχνετε για ένα άνετο, καθαρό δωμάτιο με φιλική εξυπηρέτηση!

The hotel's location is excellent, as it's just a short Uber ride from most major attractions, and the Petronas Twin Towers are within walking distance. We made a special request before our stay, but unfortunately, it wasn't accommodated. The hotel also hosts many large tour groups, conventions, and events, which may have contributed to our housekeeping request being overlooked. There is a small rooftop pool, but we weren't able to enjoy it because it was consistently crowded. Pool rules also didn't seem to be strictly enforced, which made the experience feel less hygienic than expected. We dined at the SkyView Restaurant three times during our stay and sampled different dishes each visit. The portions were generous, and the food was generally good, although the steak was quite tough. The breakfast buffet offers a decent selection, but it mainly caters to halal cuisine, with relatively few Western options. After five mornings, we found the variety somewhat limited, and there were days when we only had watermelon, soup, and coffee. The breakfast area also became very crowded during peak hours. In addition, we noticed that some of the plates and bowls were not thoroughly clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable, but the amenities were quite basic. It lacked items such as bath robes, cotton pads, cotton swabs, and a shower cap. The towels also appeared well-worn, thin, and in need of replacement.

The hotel location is quite convenient, located at KL city. The hotel service are good and friendly. And the facilities also equipped.

The hotel is located in the great location, right in the middle of the KL city center. However, the WiFi in the guest room is very bad connection! I have to come down to the hotel lobby area to use the WiFi.

One of the worst ibis experiences I have ever had I have stayed at hotels in many countries around the world, and this was genuinely one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have encountered, especially from a property operating under the Accor group. I arrived and completed my check-in at the proper check-in time. However, even after completing the check-in process, the hotel was still unable to provide me with my key card and I had to wait for almost one additional hour before I was allowed into the room. After waiting that long, I expected at the very least to receive a clean and properly prepared room. Instead, I walked into a room that looked as though it had not been properly inspected or prepared for a new guest. There was rubbish left in the bin, hair and cleanliness issues, improperly arranged bedding, and a towel left around the washbasin in a condition that certainly did not look like a freshly serviced room. Several aspects of the room appeared unfinished and unchecked before it was handed over to me. There was also no bottled drinking water prepared in the room. I understand that the hotel provides drinking water through the tap system, but this does not change the larger issue: the room should have been fully checked and properly prepared before being released to a paying guest. I paid almost USD 90 per night, and what I received was nowhere near reasonable value for that price. The most unacceptable part, however, was the way the complaint was handled. I reported the issue through Trip.com, and the response I received was essentially that although I checked in at the correct time, the hotel could not verify whether the condition of the room existed before I entered, because it could potentially have been caused by the guest. That response is absurd. Why would any guest deliberately put rubbish in their own room, mess up the bedding, leave towels around the bathroom, make the room look unclean, photograph everything, and then waste their own holiday complaining about it? Instead of reviewing the housekeeping and room-inspection process, the burden was effectively placed on the guest to prove that the hotel had handed over the room in that condition. That is not acceptable customer service, and it is certainly not what I expect from an international hotel group. The issue is also not simply whether I “checked in on time.” The fact is that I completed check-in, was made to wait almost another hour for access to my room, and then received a room that was still not properly prepared. I am not interested in receiving a generic apology from the hotel. An apology does not change what happened. What this property needs is a serious review of its housekeeping standards, room inspection procedures, and the way guest complaints are handled. I have stayed in hotels around the world and have rarely encountered a situation like this. For this stay, I absolutely do not feel that the experience justified the price I paid, and based on what happened, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay here! The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was nice, and the hotel environment was pleasant. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Everything was smooth from check-in until check-out. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would definitely come back again! 😊

Nearby to klcc. Easy to travel around. Lot of nice food and convenient shop nearby.

Location and cleaniness are good. Nearby have lots of foods and cafe. Customer Service need to improve, when ask for extra 2 more bath towels, the guy who send over keep asking how many towels do i have inside, told him only 1 inside, He said can only give one more. After i insisted that I need 2x then he gave and told me to leave one outside the room after used. Like as if I'm going to take away from the room and not returning. Room department can keep track on how many extra items have send out on request Any shortage can always bill to customer. Anyway, towels are not brand new kinds, though is clean but look a bit old and stain.

Overall my stay was alright. Room is clean and location is great. However an unfortunate incident happened where I fell down at the car park as I didn't notice the uneven surface. I have highlighted this issue to the front desk Manager and team but they do not know how to respond. I have emailed Duty Manager the next day and that have send respective staff in charge to look into this mater
