They wrote here saying that check in time is 2.00pm, I arrive at 1.45pm and they ask me to wait since the room is not ready yet, I wait patiently till 3.00pm. I asked if I can check out one hour late since the room is ready one hour late but to my surprise they said the check in hour is at 3.00pm. THEY DID NOT TELL ME EARLIER AT ALL ABOUT THIS. I also don't like the way this one woman treat me at the receptionist since I'm not yelling or mad given the fact that they wasted my time. And to my surprise, (again) they want me to check out at 11.00am. make it make sense how can you ask me to check in late but check out early? Atleast inform me when I firstly arrived. They make me waste my one hour+ time waiting for the room. Plus the bathroom are not really clean, when I first entered the bathroom, the floor was sticky.

A very good stay, first of all I was traveling alone. The front desk customer service is also very warm and patient, although my English is not very good, I can handle it easily. The rooms are large and clean, the vicinity of the hotel is relatively quiet, and the overall facilities are new and complete. 一次非常好的住宿体验，首先我是独自出游。前台客服服务也是非常的热情并且有耐心，尽管我的英文不是很好也可以轻松办理。房间很大并且干净，酒店的附近是相对安静的，整体设施都很新并且齐全。 My flight is at 8:30 in the morning, although the hotel is not 24-hour service, they will refund the deposit to me one day in advance to ensure that I can go out as soon as possible the next day 我的航班在早上8:30，虽然酒店不是24小时服务，但是他们也会提前一天退还押金给我，确保我第二天可以尽快出门 This is my first time in Malaysia, all the people here are very warm, the service attitude is very good, so I left a good impression, come back next time

apartment is just big enough for 3. there's iron board and iron in the room. the toilet, although i didn't take a picture of it. should've been of better built. the steps were a little bit of an inconvenience. but it overall everything was great. thank you.

the bathroom and toilet are only open only on the translucent mirror wall... if you shower or defecate, people outside can see.. Parking must be paid RM20 a day...

Everything is great except the location of the hotel. To leave, you have to wait a very long time for a taxi. And the walk to the metro takes 15-20 minutes and you need to cross a big road, it’s dangerous.. But a magical view opens up. I lived on the 46th floor overlooking the city

Very big and comfortable room. There is so lot of electronics things in there to use. Very spacious room and toilet is very clean. The staff is also friendly and helpful. To Miss Zila at the receptionist, thanks for your guide and intimacy. Will come again in another time. Very recommended.
