NU Hotel @ KL Sentral

I made a reservation for a night at NU Hotel@KL Sentral due to its proximity to KL Sentral. Unfortunately, my experience there was extremely disappointing. The initial room I was assigned, located on the second floor, was in a state of poor maintenance. It had various issues such as worms or centipedes in the toilet, noticeable stains, and scratch marks throughout the room. To my dismay, even under the pillow, I found leftover hair. Upon expressing my dissatisfaction to the staff, they offered me an alternative room on the fifth floor. However, this room had a strong cigarette odor and was not properly cleaned either; there was a pile of hair on the floor drain. Declining their offer, I opted to check out immediately. Regrettably, I was not provided with any refund. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel if you desire a pleasant stay in KL.

The hotel location is very strategic. The nearest train station is the KL Sentral Monorail station. Its 3-5 mins walk into Nu Sentral shopping mall which connects to the KL Sentral transportation hub. Right beside the hotel is a 24 hrs mamak shop. Same row with this hotel got 7-eleven and across the road got Speed Mart 99. However, parking will be a hassle because it's always full and sometimes people will double parked and block your car (if you are driving). The price per night is reasonable too. It's my second time staying there.

Room was extremely small.. noisy environment, bathroom was not really clean. Not worth the money compared to the room size.. no safety locker and fridge as well. Hair dryer was not functioning

The receptionists lack English proficiency. It's advisable to train the staff to communicate in English, especially since this is Malaysia, not India. Despite this, the hotel is conveniently located next to Nu Sentral / KL Sentral station. Muslim guests can access the mosque situated behind the hotel. Downstairs, there's a place offering excellent foot massages. There are numerous mamak restaurants nearby, operating 24/7. The hotel provides a tea/coffee set and fast WiFi. Additionally, there's an ironing facility close to the elevator. Adjacent to it is a convenient store.

Very convenient to/from airport by the express rail or bus. Good!

Basic hotel with basic clean room to go back to for sleep. It is very near the KL Sentral monorail, basic commoners' environment..

Not bad.. i like the location just next to mrt station and kl sentral so easy to go anywhere
