Hotel is nice and big for superior room .For big family good place to stay...parking is provided but need to pay rm13 per entry and food is for vege

We love it overall. The room big ,so much spaces for us, and have best city view. But, it would be far nicer if they have more options for breakfast. Not only vegetarian but serve meat too. And I don't know if the hot water is working in other rooms, since the room we stayed wasn't. Location is best. Many choices of food in sorrounding area. Since this merge with mall.. it was very fun to wander around. Thanks Berjaya Times Square Hotel. We would be happy to stay at your hotel at our next visit to Kuala Lumpur.

BTS is always our 1st choice to staycation in KL. Love the view and the environment. The service will be little bit slower during the havoc time.

Breakfast only for vegetarians food, they should have 2section, not for all eat vegetarian food. Check in or check out not help full at all they stick with their rules customer must follow the time check in 3pm and check 12pm, it’s not convenient if stay with older people coz they must waiting if came early.
And parking mix with mall suggest BTH do separate parking.
Hotel view very and room bigger and supper nice , they need focus on breakfast food and service need to improve this.

They upgraded us to a bigger room so me, my kids and helper can rest very comfortably in the room.
Half Bath and Bath tub helps when you have multiple people sharing the room. Kiddo can do their business when you needed a much needed alone time in the tub.
Having a mall below is great!
Breakfast buffet is vegetarian thou 😏

Very good location. Direct access to Imbi monorail station for any transfer to LRT and MRT. Very convenient to go anywhere. Shopping at Berjaya Times Square is just doorstep. Taking Grab to attractions and other shopping mall faster and not expensive. Staff are very friendly. Snacks provided every day is an extra bonus services to stay in the Premier Room.

Given the aged property and its facilities, the hotel looked more like a 4 stars instead of 5. Guest room in need of refurbishment. However, the free minibar, location were a plus. Restaurant served only vegetarian meals.
