Walking distance to pavi, bkt bintang street foods, lowyat, mrt nearby to go anywhere, staff friendly

Hotel location is strategic and convenient. Hotel provides shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, toothbrushes etc. Hotel buffet breakfast variety was extensive. Highly recommend.

My 1st time staying here and i love it! The room is clean and spacious.The location is awesome! Walking distance to berjaya time square,sungai wang,farenheit 88 and pavilion.I will definately stay here again. :)

A short 3 days and very comfortable. The room has a very modern design which is different fm other hotels.
Very clean with prompt room service. Esp Mr Nasir.
Ample Bfast buffet with thoughtful and cheery staff. Esp Farishka or Farisha.
Sorry, I forgot the nice Malay girl that served us for my wife’s birthday.

good location, great for shopping and dining
But there are some parts needed to be improved:
1) There's no sofa and table in our Urban Family Suite
2) The glass door in the shower room could not prevent the shower water coming out and thus making the floor wet as water splash out, making the floor slippery
3) There is some hygiene problem in the floor lobby. I found that there was some rubbish put near the trash can for two days! No one clear them?

Terrible Service and Lack of Essential Amenities
I recently stayed at this five-star hotel and was extremely disappointed with the service and lack of essential amenities. The hotel description listed a hair dryer as part of the room amenities, but there was none provided. When we called the reception to address this, the service we received was terrible.
First, they assured us they would find a hair dryer for us, but after waiting for over half an hour, we received no follow-up. On the second call, they said the hair dryers were out of stock but would try to find one. Again, there was no update. Finally, on the third call, we had to argue for so long that the staff only then agreed to find a hair dryer. They continued to claim it was out of stock without making any effort to solve the issue and even told us they needed to raise this to the manager level, which was very ridiculous for such a simple request. It was only after this prolonged argument that they suddenly provided a hair dryer immediately, revealing that they had the ability to do so all along but initially refused to help.
The staff was unhelpful and unwilling to resolve a simple problem until pressured, which is unacceptable for a five-star hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location is good, but there was a lot of noise from the nearby club on Saturday night. It was unbearable, we could hear the loud clubbing noise in every corner of the room. Luckily it stopped after 12. The room had zero sound proof, we could hear every sound that someone passed by and made.
Appreciate the hotel’s effort in decorating the room for my birthday, but the complimentary cake was made 3 days in advance without any best use by date. We had one bite and it tasted really weird.
Recommend everyone to try the lemon tree cafe downstairs, very yummy brunch at an affordable
Price.

Very convenient location that can be able to explore culture, shopping, and various of places to eat. Especially right in front of KL -hop&on bus tour night city of KL that across the hotel. Highly recommended if you travel to KL for holiday or staycation.

Hotel is super convenient, walking distance to times square, Pavilion, Sungei Wang, Lot 10, Jalan Alor and even ICC Pudu ( ICC Pudu and Jalan Alor will take about 15-20 mins walk)... Manorial is imbi, MRT is Bukit Bintang only few minutes walk to the station.
Breakfast is super, too much things to eat, we enjoyed the breakfast so much.
There are few coach company stop at times square, we just cross over traffic lights to reach the Hotel.
