The services from the staff are exceptional. All staff are well trained. Overall cleanliness were fine.
Spacious bed, we really feel comfortable. Air conditioner and temperature level are perfect. The size of bathtub match my overall height. Most comfortable bath I have.
Delicious breakfast.

Always a pleassure to stay here. Receptionist Ekbar was very attentive nice and friendly. We also had buka puasa at the restaurant with superb food choices! Theres even a durian booth!

I would rate this hotel 4 out of 5 stars. While the room was pretty amazing with only a few instances of wear and tear, the air conditioner was extremely dirty, requiring me to request housekeeping to clean the vents. Unfortunately, my sinuses acted up as soon as I stepped inside the room due to this issue. Nevertheless, the staff was friendly and polite, contributing positively to the overall experience.

Sofitel’s service was good, as were the rooms. Some of the furniture had noticeable wear and tear, but it was a clean and comfortable room overall.
One suggestion is to consider having a turndown service, which could really uplift the entire experience, since Sofitel already has the MyBed services on call. The service could afford to be more attentive.
I appreciate the hotel staff’s help in searching for something that went missing from my room, though they couldn’t find it in the end.

5min walk to Pavilion Damansara (may not have lots shops now)

I've stayed here in the past. It's located between KL city and Petaling Jaya and a stone's throw away to Bangsar. The new Pavilion shopping mall opened recently which is just steps away.
Sofitel is a gem of a hotel. The hotel is equipped with great facilities which caters for one and all. The club rooms look smart and the decor is pretty up to date.
The new GM was welcoming despite his busy schedule.
Service wise, there's room for improvement. The staff are actually great people. It's part of the management's responsibility to develop, instill and refine the hotel's service culture.
I would certainly consider staying here again.
