The night I spent at Sheraton was perfect, club lounge and the restaurant food was good, sevice also was great. Specially the front hotelier named Imni was kind and served guests very well. I definetely will visit again happily.

It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

Clean and very friendly staff..i love the buffet breakfast, variety of choice and nasi lemak is so good.will repeat again.

Bad experience at check in counter. Only 2 counters opened for checking in during peak holiday season on 31Dec. Pity the staff on duty need to handle such big group of check-in guest. The hotline service line also no one picks up the call. Hotel management needs to take action for improvement.

Been here twice so far hotel is good and quite convenient to shopping mall. Walking distance from klcc only 15 mins! Room size quite spacious and got bathtub as well.. Recomended !

Everything was good except for check-in, due to system changes. We were given a key card to room 3020, and opened the door and almost walked in exhausted, only to hear someone already in the room shouting "what the hell".
We went back down and again were given another room but that was also occupied. Finally we got our room.
Second, for me, the pool closes at 7:00, which is way too early and several guests I spoke to had same feeling at poolside.
Finally, most major hotels, concierge and doorman / bellboys assist with getting taxis. This service was non-existent at Sheraton. I find this lacking for such a big brand.

One of the best 5 star hotel in Kuala Lumpur ive ever stayed
Staff is friendly and attentive
Room was great with good facilities
Bed are super comfortable
