good location, services , cleanliness, and amenities as expected. friendly and helpful staff. spacous 1bed room apartment. free parking as well. very recemended to all type of traveller from solo traveller, friends, couple or family. keep it up and stay safe! thanks!

Clean, good facility and very spacious room. Perfect place for family, amazing view from our unit. Great location attached the shopping mall. My family very enjoyed and satisfied stay in Imperial Suites. I will come again for next vacation.

Everything is good. But few item need improve. Couch cleanliness, feel itchy if laying on it. Wifi signal bad, need improve.

This is my 2nd time to stay here. Comfortable place when bringing my kids to stay.

The room is big and spacious. Suitable for big families and security is also good. There is also a kitchen and 3 bathrooms. The TV inside the main bedroom can't be turned on. The Laundry room will be charged if you want to use it.
The parking is only free for one car, If you bring more than one car, you need to pay for the parking. The service from the agent was unsatisfied. For the 1st time user of this apartment, I'm unsatisfied with the service. They do not instruct properly where to pay the parking for more than 1 car. They also did not explain how to get into the apartment. Please upgrade the service when welcoming the guest.
Overall the room spacious,clean and comfortable during our stay.They also provide few amenities like towels,soap, hairdryer,hot and cold water, refrigerator and kitchenette for guest.

Good location and good service. Raymond who gave a good service to us. Thank you for his prompt action when we need help on the check in process. Only the bathroom amenities can be improve as the shower gel and shampoo is 2 in 1.

Clean space, staff is very helpful with the pre-stay instructions by whatapps.
The only lack is the stove which is a bit confusing to use. And surface did not hot enough to cook anything. But other than that it's a wonderful experience.
