Very nice location, service and facilities! Enough space in the room for 2 suitcases, very relaxing spa environment, we sleep very well!

We had a pleasant stay at The Blossom Kumamoto. The hotel is near to JR Kumamoto Station. Exceptional helpful and friendly service from the staff. The room was clean and comfortable. There was onsen in the hotel which we can have unlimted use too. Laundry machines are available next to the onsen rooms -for both male and female. You can also monitor the availability of washing machines or laundry time from your room's television. There was tourist bus available near the hotel, which we took to visit the Kumamoto castle.

We love this hotel for many things. Super convenient location - it is linked to the JR Station and AMU Plaza, so no issue if it rain or shine, lots of food and shopping you can do. The hotel is new and modern. The room is big and has separate loo and shower areas. The only gripe would be the lack of hanging options in the bathroom.

Most highly recommended! Best hotel chain ever. Great services and location is unbeatable
Mall just downstairs with many restaurants and eateries to choose from. Supermarket and 7/11 , chemist store, clothing and toys, even a game room in d mall !

Right above Kumamoto JR station, the hotel is at a perfect location. It is ideal if you are coming into Kumamoto through train and have large luggage because it would be difficult to travel on the trams which have stairs at the entrance and are usually crowded. Amu Plaza which is right below the hotel is packed with restaurants that are not only famous among tourists but also do not disappoint in real life.
Their staff are very helpful and polite. The rooms are spotlessly clean aside from their spaciousness, and the large and beautifully decorated bath house is a must-visit to truly get the experience of this luxurious hotel.
All in all, I would totally stay here again in my future visits to Kumamoto. Its location alone leaves it in a class of its own.

It’s next to the station. Very nice and convenient when you travel to other travel spots such as Aso next day.
The hotel is wonderful and staff were very nice and helpful! Amu Plaza did offer many choices for dining and never worry about that.
I will definitely stay here again when return to Kumamoto!
