Elephant Court Thekkady

Beautiful and very well maintained property with excellent staff. It’s located near to the Market place merely 5 mins of walk. Traditional welcome by staff was new experience for us. Smooth check ins and Checkouts policy. Rooms are spacious with a wonderful sit-out, and amazing bath tub and shower. Food was very good. Their breakfast & Dinner has options for everyone - veg/nonveg. Everything that I tasted was delicious. Lunch and dinner was equally good. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Thekkady.

Stayed here two nights, nice staff, particularly one of the lads in the restaurant, unfortunately we were told we couldn’t use the pool, yet the locals were using it (fully dressed as usual), we could sit by it though. A few different fruit juices at breakfast would have been nice. We hung the sign out to clean our room but no one came, other than that everything was ok.

This is probably the best hotel in Thekkady and also in Kerala. I have no words for the food offered here. From starters(soup, salads) to Main course and to the desserts, each and every item was very delicious. In the morning, the breakfast served was also awesome and chicken samosa was one item i liked a lot. Hospitality offered was also amazing. We enjoyed our stay here.

Our family stay at Elephant Court was awesome and we had a wonderful time. We stayed one night in garden view room and 2nd night at pool room. Both rooms are spacious and neatly maintained. Deeya was always there and took good care of us. Her evening fund activities with kids was awesome and kids had a good time. Foods were really tasty and it’s a highly recommended property if u r at Thekkady.

We had a very pleasant stay at the resort. We had booked the private pool villa over phone and the process was very smooth. They have one of the biggest private pool compared to most of the others and privacy is assured.. They had a good spread and food was delicious. All the staff very polite and humble. We had a very short stay and couldn’t explore the entire property but we are happy with everything we experienced.

The rooms are well arranged, offering generous space and utmost comfort. Each room comes with an added spacious balcony, perfect for unwinding and soaking in the calm surroundings. The hotel arranged an evening high tea which was very nice and complimentary. Dining was a culinary delight. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The restaurant serves a great selection of dishes, blending traditional Kerala flavors with international cuisine, complemented by flawless service and a comfortable atmosphere. Very good and comfortable place to stay. Excellent and professional service by staffs, especially Deeya and Vishnupriya. Special attention was given to make our room honeymoon apt without us asking. The place had all amenities and a very scenic view. Overall no complaints and good value for money. Ideal for families and couples.
