衞生：衞生真不錯，各個地方都很乾凈，出來住嘛就起碼就是圖個乾淨衞生。
床品：床品也乾淨舒服，被子軟軟的，晚上很好睡覺。
設施：房間裏面設施用品比較齊全，一次性拖鞋好穿的，涼拖鞋也是洗了的，鞋底乾乾淨淨的，還貼心的準備了小零食，非常推薦！
服務：服務態度非常棒，有問必答，很熱情。
總體來説推薦大家入住

在萬達隔壁。我們是提前入住的，所以碰上了裝修工人。 衞生一般 可能保潔阿姨不太行 不過跟房東溝通後有得到改善。廁所沒得乾濕分離。很喜歡二樓的房間 打開窗 晚上睡覺超舒服 冰箱沒那麼乾淨。總體來説挺好的。房東也很奶思

旅遊回家有一段時間了，今天有空想起來評價，這家我印象很深，裝修風格有個性，一進房間超大的落地窗，下午電動紗簾一關，陽光一照，哇，巴適得很，衞生特別乾淨，可以光腳踩地板，設施用品都很齊全，昆明不愧是春城，夏天居然一點都不熱哈哈哈羨慕了，下次還要來！

上下兩個房間兩張床兩個衞生間，有洗衣機冰箱，裝修也很好看，很適合家庭出遊，房間也很乾凈，總體都非常滿意，推薦推薦推薦（（*^∀^））👍🏻

衞生真的很差，蚊子多，毛巾都是黃黃的，看起來很臟，房間氣味難聞，不小心打開洗臉盆下面，還堆着一個毛巾，裏面好多小蟲子，來雲南一個周，真的最差的一次住宿體驗，一次性用品也不全面。

房東是個温柔可愛的小姐姐，剛到昆明的時候還不熟悉，小姐姐熱情的給我們介紹玩的地方。去到房間一種乾淨温馨的感覺。房間乾淨衞生，每個衞生間都放了一次性馬桶墊，沙發特別軟特別好坐，對於奔波了一天的人來説躺下就不想起來了，房間還有電動晾衣架和洗衣機，洗衣服非常方便，我們説我們要洗衣服，小姐姐還給我們送來了洗衣凝珠，謝謝熱心
温柔美麗的小姐姐。非常推薦！下次還去找這個民宿住，吃雲南的美食，欣賞滇池的美景。

很不錯的居住體驗，老闆人也好，距離萬達很近，附近的商業環境也很不錯，吃的喝的都有，出差，旅遊都是非常不錯的居住環境，距離海埂公園也挺近，很棒！
