Marbel Hotel by Palm Wings - All Inclusive

So clean rooms nice does what it says on tin. Never went hungry food is not english we are in turkey. Pool spotless. Staff great especially night manager. Coffee is on tap morning till night. Entertainment staff work very hard. Reception will help with anything you need. This is a small hotel enjoy

This is a small budget hotel located a little way out of town that said we enjoyed our stay. The food, drink and service were good. The hotel has a small pool which is reasonable. Would recommend for a "cheap£ break away.

This hotel is nothing like the pictures. Although this hotel is a nice hotel, it is quite run down & in need of a major upgrade. Also, whilst the managerial staff sit in an office or walk around doing hardly anything, other staff members are treated no better than slave labour by the managerial staff, some working 12 hour shifts without any breaks on a daily basis, there isn't enough staff for a hotel of the Marbel's size. The staff that are there are always friendly, polite & smiling despite being run off their feet & over tired, that made my stay enjoyable. The owners Palm Wings need to spend money on this hotel & employ more staff like they do at their other hotels. I could do a better job of running that hotel & I have no experience

It was a fantastic holiday thank you for everthing , special thanks to Seda and Ugur from entertain**ent team and Mr. Ozgur the photographer , Coskun from reception . Hotel is so close to bus station , a bit small but useful . Foods were good ( kebaps and salads were mind blowing 💯) . Available for the families who have kids , every night they have either competitions or shows . If you are expecting a high quality or luxury , Hilton is more welcome for five times more expensive 🤷

Food not the best however this is due to it being of local cuisine which isnt my favourite. Rooms small with adequate air conditioning, staff lovely and welcoming always up for a chat with the guests, takes around 10 minutes to walk into town which has some of the nicest food ive ever tasted- Usküdar Caycisi (i think thats right) was the highlight of the restaurants. Friendly cats outside the front however none infesting the hotel as ive seen other reviews state. Do not go here if you like to be respectful of others as the guests are some of the most impatient people god allowed to spawn- Nonstop pushing in and dirty looks

Disappointed with the location, hotel, facilities and the food. Need to pay for taxis to get anywhere Hotel will charge for activities -darts, bingo and for shuttle service to beach, as this is to a beach club but includes entry. It's ashame as the staff are amazing so I do feel bad for leaving a negative review. The hotel is clean but small. The amount of people compared to the size of the pool, sunbeds and entertainment space is ridiculous.

The hotel is an hour and a half from Adnan Menderes Airport so when you exit the airport at 00:40 local time for your TUI transport you are actually arriving there at 02:00. At that time of night there are two members of staff to check you in and get you to your rooms. After check in all inclusive guests have baguette thrust in their hand and are offered a drink. There is a fridge in the room which contains a bottle of water no tea or coffee facilities and no iron. The beds are hard and you are provided with a bottom sheet and something resembling a bath sheet to cover yourself on each of them with one pillow. You can get extra sheets and pillows on request to the reception desk. The rooms are clean on arrival but they are not cleaned daily. when ours hadn't been done for three days we had to ask the cleaners ourselves and then they only made the beds and emptied the bin (there is only one in the bathroom). The dining room is adequate but the cats that can be found everywhere on the property do find their way in there sometimes to the disconcertion of guests. TUI said that although not on a beach the hotel ran a free shuttle service to one which they did but what TUI failed to add to the details is that the shuttl runs at 11:00 each day and you have to pay £10 each for entry to the beach when you get there and are not allowed to take any food or drink including water, bags are searched on entry so you have no choice but to pay for all food and drink for that day as you are dropped off at about 11:30 and collected at 17:00. The town of Kusadasi is supposedly a short walk away it is 30mins minimum at a fair pace once you get there it is lovely and does offer a lot. TUI's website did not give the facility to add late check out to the booking so we went into our local shop to see if we could book this the shop and the website advised that this could be booked on arrival. This was not the case on arrival we were told that this could only be booked the day before departure at a cost of £30 and only if there was availability. Normal checkout is at 12 midday and the pick up for the airport is at between 20:00 and 21:30 depending on which airport you are returning to. The hotel do not provide any hospitality rooms for guests on late flights for showering and freshening up so late checkout is imperative. I frequently holiday with TUI and normally am incredibly happy with the hotels that I have stayed in all over the world sadly on this occasion TUI has grossly misrepresented this property.

Disgraceful, rude staff,food is like Ruber , hotel is fit for fleas , very unhygienic, rooms are falling apart and management don't Care , it's a hotel for animals and that's what whatvthe staff are trained in for

Hotel is by far the worst hotel I've stayed in and I've stayed in bad hotels but this one is the worst of them all , I'll keep this short, Messed up the rooms from the moment we entered, staff rude as he'll both day and night managers were of no help , room was basic which did not bother me at all but handles handing off , lamps constantly falling off the walls ,sink hanging of the wall , nails sticking out from the floor , the only thing they fixed was the handle , when I complained multiple times about the nails sticking out after my 9 yr old stood on one it still wasn't sorted and when i expressed my concern that the sink could cone off completely and possibly damaged any one of us , all i was told yes sorry we will have that sorted , tried charging us twice when we ate in but I had the receipts to argue back, but food was of know standard, omletes were premade and left on a stell tray they were like rubber, cats walking in and out of the breafast room flys landing on everything, very over crowded pool and very unhygienic , the list could go on , I'm not and never bothered about a fancy hotel but this hotel is well overrated with the star rating , Entertainment guys were nice and friendly but was more for adults and not kids Salon and spa staff were friendly but the actually hotel staff not alot of English and rude would never return was made feel very uncomfortable throughout the stay
