なんと言っても部屋についている露天風呂が最高！お茶の袋も入っており、最高の香りのもとお風呂が楽しめました！部屋も綺麗で無料でビールまで！ 深夜に小腹が空きダメ元で電話をしてみるとまさかの京都風親子丼のサービスまでして頂きました！ 朝食も有料ですが、季節の京野菜を目の前で焼いてくださり美味しくいただけました！

Incredible experience, the best part of our 23-day trip in Japan. The staff was most welcoming and the food was excellent! We got the breakfast twice as well as the supplementary sukiyaki dinner once. It was a pleasure to stay at the ryokan, totally worth the price we paid!

The service is top notch. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The unit was amazing and very relaxing, especially the outdoor hot tub. The dinner and breakfast were one of the best we meals we've had in Japan and the additional room service (massage) really completed the experience.

Great location for a honeymoon, staff was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was excellent I would recommend it! Would stay again.

It was our 1 year wedding anniversary & 2022 year end vacation, and it was the right choice to us to spend the day in nazuna kyoto nijojo. Peaceful and beautiful place and super kind staffs. Breakfast was dynamic we could choose whether beef or fish, both was amazing. Korean speaking staff was also very helpful and kind too. Hope to revisit someday!

Such a lovely place, everything was so nice from the beds to the traditional house and outdoor bath. Staff so nice and helpful. Also enjoyed the complementary local snacks and drinks from Kyoto. Walking distance to main area with shopping and markets but situated in a more quiet area. Would highly recommend.

We were on our honeymoon and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything was amazing. The dinner was great and they prepared an excellent special vegetarian version. The rooms are very comfortable and tranquil. The hot tub was also super pleasant. Would definitely recommend. The service was top notch, this has been the kindest hospitality we’ve experienced.

This was our first visit to Kyoto and first time staying in a ryokan and wow, this was better than we could have imagined! The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the most pleasant stay. It was the best service we have ever had at any hotel ever! The room was spacious, beautiful, and clean and had lovely amenities for us during our stay. We stayed in the Gyokuro room on the top floor with two incredible baths and plenty of space. It was lovely! We had the sukiyaki dinner, Japanese breakfast, and Ochazuke and would highly recommend it all! The dinner and breakfast were both intimate experiences filled with delicious food, relaxing environment, and gracious hosts. The presentation of the food and the taste of each dish was amazing! This was the perfect way for us to relax and recharge as we continue to explore Japan. Highly recommend booking with breakfast and dinner and prepare to stay from check in to checkout - you won’t want to leave the property once you are here! Special thank you to Mana, Akara, and Shota for making this the highlight of our trip. Your warmth and hospitality made us feel so special. We so greatly appreciate each of you and hope we can one day come back again!

My partner and I spent a night here for our last night in Kyoto and it was undoubtedly the most amazing place we stayed at so far. Our one regret was only booking this for one night instead of the three we spent here. The room we wanted here was booked out for our first day in Kyoto, so it was a bit out of our control but let this be a heads up, book the room you want early on!! We stayed in one of the rooms with the open air bath and it was beautiful! This ryokan was incredibly spacious and clean, it has every household item that you need and more, every room has AC, the beds were comfortable and spacious, and the location is quiet and peaceful. In addition, the staff is very friendly and helpful and available ant any time if you have a question. We did not opt for any of the meals provided by this location, so can’t speak on that topic. We’ve never stayed at a place quite like this one, but this was different and special. The price is steep compared to your typical hotel, but believe me when I say it’s worth it.
