位置不太好找，離地鐵站不算近。在一個小小巷子裏面。需要打電話給店家去接。很喜歡有2個泡吃完，室內室外各一個。很舒服，還有歡迎抹茶和茶點送

First time staying in machiya. Excellent and warm service from staff. Location is very convenient, just away from the busy kyoto-kawamachi station. If lazy to walk, bus services is also nearby. Uber prices are reasonable, in Asia context. Ta-Q-bin courier service is just 1 min walk from inn.

Very nice traditional house. Very clean. The host is very friendly and accommodating. However this house is best suited for 4 people or less, not for 6 people nor people that has problem going up steep stairs as the two bedrooms are upstairs. Also, with only 1 shower it is not convenient for 6 people that wanted to shower. The other two people had to find another place to stay since it was super cramped.

Top notch property that was very comfortable for our family of four. Traditionally beautiful with all of the modern amenities included. The staff was very helpful and attentive and breakfast was on time both mornings (ordered separately). We would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended.

This property is incredible, like staying in your very own spa apartment. The staff were amazing & when we struggled to arrive on the expected day due to a typhoon, called us (English speaking) to give us advice & offer a refund for the night we would miss. Miki met us when we arrived and answered any questions we had about the apartment and Kyoto. If you want a bit of luxury then this is the place for you ... faultless

When we arrived, Inoue-san was waiting to welcome us in front of the property. (I felt bad because we arrived later than anticipated due to traffic.) He helped us carry all our heavy suitcases. We received a warm welcome and his hospitality during our stay was second to none. Everything about the property was wonderful! The location was perfect as we were there for the Kyoto Gion Matsuri. There were lots going on the street we were on, including hoko (floats) parade, hoko assembling, music rehearsal at night, and hoko disassembling, which were very interesting. We enjoyed restaurants all around in neighborhood from Gyoza to Motsunabe. Transportation access to bus stops and train stations was good. The property was super clean. Having a washing machine and dryer system in the bathroom really helped us since we were there for a week. We definitely go back if we travel in Kyoto again in the near future!

Casa grande e tipica, pulizia eccellente. Vasche per relax molto carine. Sia la zona giorno che la zona notte sono deliziose. Host educati e premurosi. Molto gentili. Soggiorno perfetto! Da ripetere magari in una prossima vacanza.
