DEGUEULASSE !!! Pire place jamais été ! La douillette toute tachée,toile daraignée partout,odeur de vomi dans le frigo,serviette de bain et tapis sale,cheveux dans le lit,on aurait dit que la chambre servait dentrepôt,pas de chauffage.Nous sommes partis émidiatement et na pas été rembourser.Dormez dans votre auto a la place.Fuyez

A little removed from Quebec City's center and tourist areas but perfect location if you have a vehicle as it connects to all the roads that lead to points of interest. Plus the staff was very nice

It was ok nothing special not good not bad either. Just a cheap place to stay and get up and go the next day.

Let's be clear out of the gate. This was a discount room, so you shouldn't expect it to equal the Marriott, but it had everything you'd get there; fridge, stove, sink, micro, plus iron, hair dryer, full size coffee maker and dishes. There were a few things needing minor attention. Very pleased and highly recommend when you're in Ottawa. 👍

Absolutely filthy. Many areas not cleaned in our room. Floor is literally rotting.

It was reasonable for the price. You have your own bathroom connecting to the bedroom.

I did not like anything because, the room was dirty, and there were no even coffee and all building materials old and even the Wi-Fi was so slow than ever!!!!

The room did not feel clean and matter of fact, after looking around, I saw on the night table an old packaging of a snack bar. Then on the bed sheet, I found a small blood stain . Also the door does not lock from inside . Terrible place
