For an upcoming family weekend we booked four suites at this hotel. Initially we got quick responses, however after we agreed on the details, we communicated the full personal details of the family and our credit card number to finalise the booking. A few weeks after we wanted to book one additional night and out of the blue we were bluntly told that this was not possible and that by the way the weekend that we booked was also cancelled and that we had to move to another date! After my attempt to understand what happened, we never got a response. Therefore this hotel is very unreliable and treats clients unrespectful!

1st approach was when reception welcomed us. Big room with good decoration. Swimming pool of correct size and easy access. Very good breakfast with a very good scrambled eggs and high quality Salmon. Services was always with us and taking care of all needed. A come place place definitely. Thank you

This was a final stay of a return driving trip from Italy to England going via Switzerland and this was our last night, we booked on the day and arrived at about 6, the guy who met us could not have done enough for us, so welcoming and helpful, the hotel is brilliant, amazing decor and very funky, lovely rooms and very well equipped, lovely bar, now for the food, wow, this was nothing short of exceptional, we did a 4 course option and it was simply faultless. Amazing selection of wines, especially the fizzy local ones!, great breakfast as well. This was a firm 10 out of 10, so much so we are now planning a specific trip back to this hotel it was that good.

We stopped here for one night on the first leg of a road trip to the snowy mountains in Sud-Tirol. Very welcoming staff, comfortable room with excellent amenities (they kindly upgraded us to a suite which we will certainly book next time), indoor heated pool was a good temperature and very clean and the car park was nice and secure, helpful as we had a van full of skiing equipment. Only stayed one night but it is so well situated for exploring the region, it will certainly be our base for doing just that in the future. The restaurant, Cuvee 31, served us both an excellent meal and accompanying champagne (when in Champagne …..) and was very reasonably priced. All in all, very happy to find this hotel and can’t recommend highly enough.

Warm and welcoming. Comfortable modern rooms with character and an amazing restaurant. Do go here if you like independent hotels with friendly staff and quality food, traditional French cuisine. We will definitely return.

loved it verry attentive , great secured parking , our room had a great balcony and overall very spacious and most importantly, a great restaurant with refined food and an amazing cheese selection. good breakfast and the spa facolities made it a perfect stop on our way to our final destination - would stay again happily

We stayed here probably about 30 years ago and enjoyed our stay and we were not disappointed with our return trip. The hotel is excellent - quietly stylish and comfortably luxurious. The relaxed staff were attentive and friendly. It was a great place to celebrate our wedding anniversary with our (adult) children. Next time we won’t leave it so long between visits!

Stayed overnight following a drive up from the South of France. The welcome was warm & the room & bed comfortable. We enjoyed Dinner in the Restaurant where the House Champagne & Food were excellent served by extremely attentive staff. We are dog lovers but dogs’ in restaurants are not for us. However, apart from this small gripe we much enjoyed our stay so thank you all.
