We arrived in good time on a weekday afternoon and after my eyes had adjusted to gloom espied a receptionist hiding behind her screen. Zero welcome. Went through the usual yes, we have a reservation, name and covid check. Went to the room and fair play they are OK and clean. Decided to have a drink around 6:30 but the bar was closed - service from 8 - 12 apparently. Wandered across to the restaurant which was shut as was the 'pool bar' This place has the air of an out of season amusement park which was overdue and make over. The restaurant had very little to offer a vegetarian and was heavily loaded with duck in every conceivable form. Reminiscent of the two Ronnies Rook Restaurant sketch. If it wasn't duck then it was available with foie gras sauce........ We went out for dinner, since there was no outside seating area for a drink, no staff to serve one and the bar was closed. On our return around 9, the lights over the bar were on, but none in the actual room and no customers, yet there quite a few cars in the car park. I've watched too many episodes of Ozark; was this a money laundering operation for the mob.........?

Nous sommes venus avec un enfant de 2 ans, pour profiter de la region pendant le weekend. L’hôtel est bien entretenu et propre. Le personnel sympathique. Nous avons eu un appartement Pmr,c’est dommage car la salle de bain n’est pas pratique, pas de rangement rien pour poser ses affaires, avec le petit c’etait un peu compliqué.nous avons signalé un problème de télécommande des notre arrivée, rien n’a été fait… beaucoup de bruit le soir car des jeunes se réunissaient sur la table devant notre petit extérieur. Et enfin le petit déjeuner est correct, du choix, bien présenté dommage que les viennoiseries n’étaient pas cuites du tout. En résumé, hôtel bien situé et propre, mais ces désagréments qui peuvent être évités ne nous laissent pas un bon souvenir.

As promised, the free shuttle car was waiting for us, very patiently as our BA flight was an hour late. The driver was very friendly and courteous. We were greeted by a delightful lady called Samya who booked us in fast. We got to our apartment which was spacious and well equipped, including a kitchen with a 4 ring hob, kettle, dishwasher and microwave oven. The bathroom was one of the best I have ever seen and I have been in hotels such as the Mandarin Oriental! The bedroom had a huge bed and an ample wardrobe. You can get delicious dishes in the lobby for just 6 Euros. The hotel reception and foyer were beautifully furnished. There is a gym and a sauna on the third floor. The dining room which is used fir breakfast was equipped with modern and very pretty crockery. But the best thing about this quiet hotel which is only 5 minutes from the airport is the staff, very friendly and helpful. If ever I needed to stay near the airport, I would for sure use this great hotel again.

The room and facilities are all of a very high standard with plenty of room to make oneself comfortable. The Fitness centre was an unexpected bonus. Breakfast was very good though more hot options during the winter months would be nice. The staff were all smart, polite and pleasant to deal with. Opposite the railway station and metro gives quick access to the city and beyond whilst, for the fit, it is a short walk to the centre. The lights in the fitness centre are on a sensor/timer. This was a cause for concern when the lights went off in the sauna as there was no movement outside. I mentioned this to the reception at the time.

The breakfast at this hotel is very rich and delicious. The hotel is very close to the airport, 10 minutes walk, the hotel has a free car delivery, 10 minutes in advance reservation. 5 minutes walk to the small train station in the city center. The service at the front desk is very good and the English is great. There is free parking. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

First time staying in this type of residence hotel and it was perfect for our family of 4. The reception area is bright, spacious, calm and welcoming. Check in and out was seamless and so easy. Wish all hotels cld be like this. We were concerned hotel maybe more for business travellers but v family friendly. A really nice touch in reception was the pods of tables and comfy chairs, the fuzzball table, the giant teddies and the squishy pool of balls which our kids loved. Not sure if hotel aware but it's perfect for kids with sensory needs. Receptionist v relaxed as some balls spilled out but we made sure all put back in the pool when finished. The outside terrace lovely too. Location of hotel perfect right beside canal du midi and lots of small supermarkets ( which open late!) bakey and pharmacy on same street It s a bit out of city centre but stilll walkable We wandered home one evening along the canals looking at the lit up bridges took 30 mins but prob 20 mins if walking faster. V good transport links to the centre and our receptionist was very helpful, she gave us great advice on metro/bus and how to get around. Our suite was very spacious, with a separate kitchen, living and bedroom. The couch in the living area converted into a very comfortable bed for our 2 son's and our bed was soooo comfortable. After a week in a mobile home it was like heaven. In fact the suite was probably bigger than our mobile home😋. The kitchen area really surprised us -had everything you needed to cook if you wanted and a little dishwasher! The little box in the kitchen with sponge, d/w tablet, cleaning wipe and sachet of w/up liquid and tea towel/torchon was so well thought out. Can t tell u the no of places we ve stayed in fr where nothing is supplied. V irritating so well done to the sensible person who thought to include these! The only thing kitchen lacked was a coffeemaker- it was the first time we 've seen a kettle rather than a coffee maker in our many travels around Fr. But not a big deal as the hotel is beside a fantastic bakery Le Fournil St Honore which does take away coffee, freshly squeezed OJ and freshly baked breads,pastries etc. Perfect base to explore the wonderful city of Toulouse. Very good welcome. Little concern on a handful of window very quickly repaired. Excellent reactivity. Most quiet hotel and close to a shopping centre. Ideal to restore. Pool , hamman at top. Very pleasant stay. We will certainly refer to it in family
