We have visited LCZ for the last 18 years and wanted to return to celebrate some wonderful family memories for a special birthday celebration. Firstly, due to it being a special occasion, the communication from the staff was superb, prompt, and professional, answering and clarifying any concerns prior to our trip. In particular, when there was a booking scam the residence replied within minutes providing reassurance our booking is OK. The accommodation is luxurious and our apartment T6 was great for a family of 9 people. The apartment is very well appointed and equipped with plenty of room for 9 adults. A bonus was the complimentary breakfast pastries. Photos are Jan recce and April An absolutely wonderful birthday trip away

Excellent property, great location, well run and very helpful friendly staff. Room was really clean with good bathroom products. Pastries and fresh bread delivered to our door each morning was a really nice touch and service.

Amazing location right next to ski schools. Lovely chalet. Extremely responsive concierge team. Highly recommend for 2-3 families. We loved the village too with great restaurants. Hot tubs were a bit hit and miss was only complaint. Location and setup more than made up for it.

Fantastic stay, with a great team behind the scenes avilable to assist. High quality facilities in the room, Spa and boot room areas. I would highly recommend and would certainly stay here again......

A wonderful stay in a beautiful, perfectly located chalet. The chalet was fantastic - at the foot of the Bosonnet lift and a very short stroll into town - and it was incredibly well appointed with everything we needed. And it was also super comfortable.

The property is very well located next to the Bassonet lift, which takes you up one of the main runs. The apartment was really spacious and perfect for our weekend away. The heating didn’t really crank up so it always felt a little cold, which was the only real negative but other than that we loved our stay here! Once the children are older we would love to come back with them and explore more of the town, which Les Cimes is super conveniently close to (only 5 mins walk). The reception could be open longer (closed from 12.30 -3pm) but this only causes a problem if you arrive at the property between these times and are trying to catch half a day up the mountain on your day of arrival. All in all, value for money, location, decent size apartments and super friendly and helpful staff all make Le’s Cimes a place we will be keen to return to!

We returned for our 4th trip to La Clusaz and to Les Cimes and, once again, had a fabulous time. The hotel and staff were helpful, knowledgeable and available to make recommendations, book restaurants and suggest activities. The rooms were clean, well furnished and well kept. And the town and surrounding area were, as ever, magnificent. We hiked, mountain-biked, para-glided, canyoned, highrope-walked, horse-rode, water-skied and so much more. We would recommend Les Cimes and La Clusaz to everyone.

From the moment of arrival it feels like a very personal service, great in all areas, especially the staff, incredibly helpful. We had been two years previous and we remember the pool being a little on the cool side and other people had commented on it but that had been resolved and the fact you have to book a time slot for it means you get it all to yourself...great!

Nice modern apartment with mountain views. Good location just 100m or so from the nearest ski lift yet close to all the amenities in town. We did need to book use of wellness facilities in advance. Friendly staff and good communication in advance of our stay.
