The staff is superb and maintain the environment properly. Just the room furniture is so so but justify the price.

unfortunately does not inform you of the large groups that are catered to during their stay. they should entertain these groups in areas that don't impact the sleeping of 100s of other guests. Bedding needs a huge upgrade

Fabulous water park, a little run down but great value and lots of choice in the restaurant. Entertainment was a little basic but we were visiting off season. Would definitely return. Recommended for families with young children, very child friendly

This hotel is basically the definition of average, there are many pros and cons which i will go through, i’m gonna start with the pros, 1. the food is really good and the buffet has lots to choose from, 2. nice views and lots of shops to walk around in Albir, 3. the entertainment is really good and the entertainers make sure that you’re engaged. 4. the water park has good slides and is open at great times. 5. there are lots of activities you can use/rent throughout the day e.g, darts, mini golf, table football, and you can even rent bikes at reception. Now the cons, 1. some of the rooms are located in not the best areas such as above the loud stage or next to the busy road (like ours) which is quite disruptive at times. 2. the food + drink bar is open at a really random basis and was only open for 1 day. 3. once again, the rooms are a bit outdated and there are no places to put your suitcase or a safe for items like passports. 4. this one kind of depends on what you prefer but the water is freezing all the time and i got ill after going in it one day 😭. again though, some people love cold water. And finally, although the entertainment is good, it lasts until midnight and it’s really loud so it can disrupt sleep for people who go to sleep early. In conclusion, if you want a hotel where everything is perfect, this hotel is probably not for you.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff, spacious rooms and large swimming pool. Entertainment staff are really good and great with children. Gaspar and Marina are very friendly who run the inside bar at night. Food is also excellent. Definitely would recommend it!

Recently visited with our two young children, reception staff were incredible, so welcoming and accommodating giving us a change of room due to having a baby, away from the noise of the evening entertainment. Rooms were average, perfect for what we needed. Food was good, but limited options for children. Facilities at the hotel, fantastic!! The entertainment team were awesome!! Juan, approached us on day one, offering lots of fun activities for our children, they best time of an evening with the mini disco and other activities on offer! Thank you Juan and the team! You are a credit to the hotel!! Would definitely visit again!

i really enjoyed the entertainment as they really co-operated with the children and manel was really funny and played alot af games with the children. overall i really enjoyed my stay and wish to come back again

We had a week here in Albir Garden and the entertainment staff and all the bar staff were fantastic, helpful and made our holiday thoroughly enjoyable. This was out 2nd year in a row coming here and recommend it to anyone. The pools and waterpark is amazing and the lifeguards were so lovely. The food from the snack bars was delicious and it was so nice being able to eat by the side of the pool. I recommend anyone to come here weather you are just an adult or with a family with kids. Everybody is catered for.

Another pleasant stay at Albir Garden Resort is behind us and there is nothing else to say than that it is a great place, especially for those who plan to train. The rooms are comfortable, the necessary resources and equipment for training are available, the territory is very nicely designed, and everything you need for a pleasant vacation is also provided. And of course, we cannot forget the workers, who are always very happy and friendly. I would like to highlight the bar staff (Gaspar, Marina, Marta, etc.) and, of course, the hotel's entertainers (Manel, Nico, Juan, Alex), who always guarantee a good mood and exciting activities. Many thanks to all the staff and I am already looking forward to my next visit to Albir Garden Resort.
