Rutllan & Spa

We have just returned from a stay with Hotel Rutllan and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were welcoming and friendly, We came for a skiing trip and the hotel is situated right opposite the gondola in La Massana to the slopes, they have lockers for all of your ski gear too. Our package was halfboard which included breakfast and dinner, drinks were extra but these were very reasonably priced. The rooms were comfortable, clean and warm, the decor was a little dated, but we were in the rooms for sleep and showers. The beds were large and comfortable, the shower was powerful and warm. After a days skiing I didn't want to get out! There was a good selection at breakfast time, continental, pastries, crepes, pancakes, fruit, the list goes on. Juices, teas and coffee. A great selection and the perfect start to the day. They remembered our order of coffee and two teas. The evening meal was a set meal, with a choice of starters and mains. These were tasty and very filling, There was a great pudding choice as well. The kids menu was good and suited our fussy eaters. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We had the same table every night. The teenagers made use of the spa facilities and said that they were good and helped them relax after a day on the slopes. Hotel Rutllan's bar area was warm and inviting and another relaxing place to spend time in after the slopes. The gins hit the spot as did the Aperol Spritz. A favourite of mine was the Shampoo... Beer with fanta limon...very nice and refreshing. The drinks came with a little bowl of bar snacks, which went down very nicely. This is a family and dog friendly hotel offering a relaxed a**osphere and good food all year round. Should we come to La Massana, Andora skiing again, we would stay here. It is well appointed, there are small convenience stores nearby and pharmacies aplenty, which due to a stinking cold we had to use. Would totally recommend!

My friend and I travel to Andorra most years in January for a week’s skiing We’ve always re booked based on excellent hotel, lovely food and great skiing. This trip was different, it’s our first time at Pal Arinsal (La Massana) and it’s very limited, we won’t re visit. The hotel Rutlan let itself down in so many ways too! Little things like getting the bed wrong, we asked for a twin room and arrived to find a double! Easily fixed but it had been confirmed by email. We missed dinner so they left us some food out. Cold spaghetti, omlette and blood sausage! Seriously! (We didn’t touch it) Food was appalling, literally awful, it wasn’t busy so instead of the usual buffet we had expected they gave us a limited menu to choose from which was a joke among all residents. There was even a £9 surcharge if you wanted cheese instead of desert! Service in the bar was a joke. We were told to leave dead on 11pm, no chance to finish our drinks, the bar staff spent every night watching local football so loud it drowned out the music and service was non existent The spa was good but we then after visiting, found out it was a £30 surcharge they forgot to mention. No facilities in the room but a mini bar with a bottle of water, we then found this too was charged too! We will come back to Andorra as it’s skiing and food are great but never again here!

Férias em grupo, família e amigos, 24 no total, entre os 2 anos aos 60+. Atendimento muito bom desde da recepção até a sala de refeições. Pequeno almoço com muita variedade, para todos os gostos. Jantares muito bom, pratos variados com uma excelente apresentação. Bar muito acolhedor com uma decoração muito típico de um chalé de montanha. Quartos amplos, camas confortáveis e limpo. Recomendo o SPA para aliviar as dores do corpo após um dia de esqui. Muito bem localizado, acesso a estância, lojas e bares, tudo muito próximo do hotel. Recomendo e voltarei!

Hôtel très propre, restauration très bien ( petit Déjeuner et le dîner parfait) personnel parfait. Juste 2 petites remarques, le tarif du parking est très cher. Et l'alèse en plastique pas agréable du tout 😔

Sin duda para repetir,lo tiene todo para nuestra familia. Buena ubicación, admiten mascotas, algo primordial para nosotros. El desayuno muy rico y variado. Telesilla cerca para subir a las pistas. precio adecuado.

Genial, hotel muy acogedor a destacar el restaurante buenisimo, quizás las habitaciones algo justas armario y baño, pero el resto lo compensa todo, volveré sin duda Además para esquiar perfecto, muy cómodo si buscas esquiar y comer bien

Un hotel encantador.Todos sus trabajadores súper amables desde recepción a camareros.Desayuno y cena estupendos.La única pega que fuimos por nuestro aniversario de boda y una copita de cava no hubiese estado mal como detalle.Desde luego volveré sin duda.

No es recomendable en verano por la falta de aire acondicionado. El personal correcto, el desayuno bien, la piscina abre muy tarde por la mañana y pasa el teleferico por encima. Wifi deficiente. La relación calidad-precio muy mala. Falta renovación de las habitaciones.

l'hôtel n'est pas climatisé ce n est sans doute pas un problème l hiver mais l été ..les chambres donnent sur une route très fréquentée celle qu' on ne voit pas sur les photos....impossible d'ouvrir la porte fenêtre .jusqu' à 29 degrés dans la chambre c 'est d'autant plus dommage que la partie restauration est elle à la hauteur avec des repas et un service corrects.
