Very nice hotel. Request first floor not to go up stairs. The hotel is nicer than the cabanas I heard. It was right across the beach and had parking.

Very bad experience for us, as a family. The beds were very uncomfortable, hard. Bathrooms have no ventilation and the room, although it looked clean, had this airborne dust. We left earlier, the person didn’t even ask if there was any problem, he was only worried that we paid all the nights that we booked, which we did of course, but will never come back or recommend.

Charming hotel. Lovely staff - accommodating of our limited Spanish. The breakfast restaurant with buffet was good. Wifi was non-existent. Amazing location - across the road from the beach & restaurants/bars. However noise that continued well after midnight from the street and nearby bars was annoying & made it difficult to fall asleep. Overall, a good stay but perhaps not the best choice if you want a restful night’s sleep (on a weekend anyway).

Everything was great! We choose a room with beach view, big terrace! it was pristine with a very high standard related to COVID protocol. The staff overall was very friendly.

Excelente hotel. Muy bien conservadas sus instalaciones. Todo muy cómodo. La habitación, la cochera, la pileta, el desayunador, etc. La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, frente a la playa. El desayuno es muy completo y variado. La limpieza en general es impecable. Pero lo mejor del establecimiento es su personal, empezando por la Sra. Maria, y sus colaboradoras inmediatas, que están atentas para todo y listas para solucionar cualquier inconveniente del pasajero. La nuestra fue una estadía maravillosa, sin ningún inconveniente. Una única observación: el wifi del hotel no es bueno, por lo menos a mi no me funcionó bien aunque tengo equipos de última generación. Me arreglé con el rooming. Saludos a todo el personal del hotel y esperamos volver muy pronto por allí. Dr. Ramón Palau y Flia. (Argentina)

Pésima experiencia vivida en el hotel. Partiendo por el retraso en el check in, las duchas frías, estructura del baño dañada, mala voluntad de las recepcionistas y principalmente por la administradora Susana eyzaguirre, quien nos trata de forma insolente y autoritaria debido al retraso de 40 minutos del check out. Uno entiende que tienen más huéspedes para realizar el ingreso, pero cabe destacar, que el check in es a las 15:00 hrs, por lo que el atraso no perjudicaría el siguiente ingreso. Y existen formas para poder transmitir la comunicación, y claramente la “administradora” no sabe cómo realizarlo, amenazando de forma prepontente la penalización del 25% (solo fuimos avisados una vez a las 12:10). Realmente creo que falta mucho para ser un hotel de calidad, partiendo principalmente por los administradores y recepcionista. Lamentable situación. NO LO RECOMIENDO. ** a los dueños o administrativos les sugiero instruir en amabilidad y transmisión de la información.

El hotel en general bien, la atención del personal del desayuno muy amables. Lo malo fue que la ducha se salia el agua hacia el piso del baño. Reserve habitación con vista el mar y el día de descanso del 1-11 tuve que tener cerrada las cortinas y ventana ya que había personal de aseo masculino limpiando afuera de mi habitación durante toda la mañana lo cual lo encontré mal. El Internet muy malo y fui por trabajo lo cual me dificulto. El personal llega y entra a la habitación sin autorización lo cual lo encontré falta de respeto ya que si esta aun reservado con huésped no se debe hacer porque existe la privacidad.

El hotel tiene muy bueba ubicacion ya que se encuentra sobre Av. del Mar frente a la playa y cerca de varios bares La habtacion es comodo, mordena y con buen confort Los servcios : Desayuno muy bueno en especial lo tomas miranedo el mar con cosas ricas. Las cocheras son comodas, Internet bastante mala La atencion de los empleados es buena y correcta La calidad del descansdo se ve un poco afectada por el bar de enfrente que hace karaoke hasta las 2 dela mañana, eso afecta a las habitaciones tanto en planta baja como alta que dan sobre la calle Los Lucumos, si pueden eviten esas habitaciones
