From the check in to us leaving the over all experience was at best average. The lady who checked us in, was the only person on the whole staff that spoke English. and she was sick as could be, coughing everywhere. We didn't want to touch anything she touched!! we didn't come there to get sick. I have no problem with any one who is working to make a living, but they need to be able to speak English, since that is the native language in the country they are working in!! Woke up Saturday morning at about 7:15 AM with music blaring from a car in the front parking lot. when we called down to the front desk it was so loud you could also hear it on the other end of the phone!! and the call was pretty much a waste of time. They didn't do anything about it. Sunday morning was the same thing except it was coming from about 5-6 rooms down the hall. Great location. Close to a lot of places to eat and shop. They just need to improve on their staff hospitality. Because there wasn't any. Room was nice and pretty clean.

Hotel was fine. Room was nice. Check-in was very weak. Woman on duty could barely pull herself away from whatever she was eating and whatever she was watching on her phone to come check me in. Never made eye contact with me during the entire transaction.

We love staying here. My wife and I try to get away for a night every month and this is our favorite place. Clean, quiet and a good breakfast

After a six hour drive and wanting to rest, we turned down the bed to find the sheets were blood stained, went to the front desk to complain and she just handed me new sheets and said wow, I'm sorry. Upon tearing the sheets off the bed, i saw that the mattress pad and top sheet were also stained with blood, in the exact spots, which to me means the sheets were never changed. Whats the chance of you washing the sheets and getting the exact three peices again - and if you did, why would you put them on the bed?

Wish I could give this hotel 10 stars!! Spotless, friendly staff, eco friendly, recycle bins in room and at check in area. Breakfast was good and amazing price!

I booked a room with two queen beds, and in their world a double bed is a queen bed… Then the air conditioner stops working in the middle of the night/morning, and couldn’t get back to sleep… The lady was trying to be accommodating at 4am by offering to change rooms, but who wakes up a 3 and 4 year old?!?! It was completely uncomfortable.

Hotel is in a secure location, close to many restaurants and local shopping. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful.

Stayed overnight with my daughter. Room was very clean and bed was comfy. Staff was friendly. Would stay again
