The Salty Lodge

I stayed here with my family and we will definetly be back. Very cute spacious apartment in the center of town. The location was awesome! Great restaurants around. 5 minute walk to the beach! The place was super clean and the staff was great. Also a great rooftop with amazing view.

Comfortable, clean and big apartment in the perfect location. Friendly and accommodating staff too! The only thing would be to confirm with the hotel if you will have one big bed or two twins in a one-bedroom apartment. Not a huge deal but something to ask if it matters to you

We had a wonderful time at the Salty Lodge. From booking to check out, the staff were incredible and couldn't be more helpful. The accommodation was amazing. We arrived before the check in time and were able to leave our luggage, but we could also use the downstairs seating area as well as a penthouse area with amazing views! The penthouse had a bathroom with shower which we could use if needed as well as a water and coffee machine. Lots of comfy seats which we used throughout our holiday when we wanted to get away from the rest of the family! We had apartment 4B which had an amazing sea view and was large and spacious. A double bedroom as well as another double and single bed in the main living area catered for up to 5 people and I think the couch folded out but we never tried it so cannot be sure. The double bed in the bedroom was so comfortable - we slept incredibly well thought the holiday. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed and came with lots of crockery and other kitchen implements. We loved the location too being right next to the street with the main restaurants and bars but far enough away for it not to be too noisy. If we ever come back we would 100% book this place and apartment next time.

· The location was fantastic. The staff were also really helpful. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. Didn't like · There was noise from the outside, but we were made fully aware before booking that this would be the case so we already knew this would happen. Also because of it's central location this was inevitable

Wonderful location, excellent communication and an overall great stay! Salty Lodge provides extra amenities like bikes and snacks that were really helpful. the view and sunset on the roof top balcony waa really lovely for a quiet evening after a busy activity day.

We enjoyed our stay in Lagos and The Salty Lodge was wonderful! Perfect location inside the old town. We had apartment 1A. Our bedroom was towards the back and very quiet. Our parents stayed in the room facing the street, but no complaints of noise. There’s a tiny balcony, too small to sit on, we dried clothes there. The apartment was newly renovated and large. The kitchen had everything we needed. Bathrooms had great showers and the towels were large and fluffy! Loved the towels! We used the rooftop deck every day- beautiful view! Lots of seating. The apartment was cleaned daily. Our hosts were super nice and loved sharing info about their town. Great coastal trails to hike and get some exercise close by. I would definitely recommend!!

Probably the most well outfitted apartment we’ve stayed in that wasnt someones home. Very well thought out, comfortable, shower was awesome, coffee in the room and a great kit hen with appliances and wares. Staff were very helpful and kind.

The location is perfect, close to everything. The rooms are tidy and well equipped. The rooftop is amazing, perfect for having a drink and watching the sunrise. The staff is super nice, they also helped us book boat trips along the coast. Highly recommended.

Friendly lady at reception and easy check in. Very clean apartment and a nice touch giving a welcome pack which includes oranges and water. Great location in the old town. Within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Well equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and full cooker. Good space in the living area. Great shower. I could only give 4 stars, as unlike most other places, you are not able to choose the apartment you want to stay in when you are booking it - the management allocate an apartment for you. We booked a sea view apartment with a balcony. The photos on the site show some great great balconies with views. We were on the 3rd floor and our view of the sea was very distant (see photo). The balcony was very narrow (see photos). It barely fit two narrow chairs and a small table. There is a fabulous roof top terrace and indoor space which many of the photos of this place show but sometimes you just want to sit out on your own balcony and enjoy the view but that wasn't a decent size for us to do this.
