There's a certain standard that I, as a business traveler, have for international business hotels such as Four Points. My stay in February 2024 was terrible. Where to start? The first morning, when I woke and was preparing to get ready for my morning meeting, there were no towels, so I couldn't shower. It took 2 calls and 15 minutes to get the situation rectified. The following when I got back to my room around 16:00, the room had not been cleaned. This time I called specifically for a manager, but a supervisor came instead. He confirmed that he had checked the roster and the room had indeed not been cleaned and he saw the bed was not made. Cleaning rooms, beds being made and having bath towels in the rooms are basic, basic things in the hospitality industry. Four Points Lagos couldn't even get these things right. When checking out I again noted these issues and told them I expected some type of communication by a manager about these issues. A month later, nom one has bothered to contact me. Needless to say, I'll be going back to Eco Signature even though I won't be able to add to my Marriott points
