Capri Laguna on the Beach - A Boutique Hotel

First off, this hotel was beautiful, and we enjoyed an early check-in from their friendly staff and some beachside help with chairs and umbrellas on their private beach. We also enjoyed some 'community areas' overlooking the water and enjoying some sun and relaxation away from the sand but still near the water. My only complaint was that I feel a little misled by the pictures on the site. I booked a 'Deluxe king room with sea view' and I paid accordingly. The pictures included a balcony on the water. Upon checkin I was told I received a 'king room with partial sea view' and I was confused. I showed them my listing and they said they were fully booked and that this is what they had for me. The room had a window that faces the ocean but the room was set back and while yes you could see the ocean through a window, it was 60 feet away over a busy deck and clearly not what I had imagined when I thought I was going to get to see the waves from my room. The room was lovely and I found that most of my time was spent on the community deck/beach anyways. Had a great time and will definitely visit this hotel again.

We booked this property last minute. The staff was so friendly and the room was super clean! Huge room with plenty of room for a bunch of tired teenagers!

The room was lovely, clean and modern! I loved the location and the beach was just beautiful. I watched sunset and sunrise!

Quiet and clean, the ocean view was perfect and beautiful! We walk down to the beach within minutes. Everything was perfect. Staffs were friendly and accommodating. Definitely worth the money. Will stay again if they allow pets. They made an exception for us this time. We greatly appreciated it!

The location was amazing and Nick kindly upgraded us to an ocean view suite, which we very much appreciated. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back to enjoy the excellent service, well-appointed guest rooms and gorgeous surrounds! Thank you Nick, Bachir and Paige for making our stay so enjoyable!

Spectacular location, helpful staff, clean rooms. The facility is dated, room was oddly shaped making furniture layout difficult to maneuver. The furniture itself could also use an update.

You know it is clean because the smell of bleach hits you as soon as you open you room door. Size of the standard room was great, lots of space. Walls are thin you can hear your neighbors very clearly. Don’t know when the pictures of the beachfront where taken, or if they are even this hotel, because there is no way it is current if it is. There is a small beachfront area that is mostly large ricks/boulders.

Such friendly and attentive staff, they upgraded our room to an ocean view room with the sun deck and sent up a bottle of wine to enjoy the sunset! The GM Nick was on sight often making sure guests were enjoying their stay and Hailey and Morgan at the front desk were helpful with suggestions. Great location right on the beautiful beach, beautiful rooms, easy to walk to downtown, restaurants, grocery store, etc and the free trolley stop right in front of the hotel
