Τα δύο μέλη του προσωπικού που συνάντησα ήταν φιλικά και εξυπηρετικά. Κατάφεραν να ικανοποιήσουν το αίτημά μου για ένα δωμάτιο στον ψηλό όροφο. Τα δωμάτια ήταν καθαρά ως επί το πλείστον. Μερικά έπιπλα ήταν σκονισμένα σαν να μην είχαν καθαριστεί για λίγο. Μου αρέσει το ξεχωριστό καθιστικό και το μπαλκόνι. Οι απόψεις είναι φοβερές. Βρίσκεται σε κεντρική τοποθεσία σχεδόν σε όλα. Πολύ κοντά στη Disney. Συνολικά θα συνιστούσα μια διαμονή εδώ.
Το σπα ήταν κλειστό.

We had a fantastic three night stay ! Our room was spacious with a small sitting area. Bathroom has separate area to do makeup while someone is showering a big plus .
Beautiful pool area & bar to relax in between park days .
Staff very helpful & friendly .
Will be returning in a week !

i loved this hotel! we decided to take a last minute weekend trip to orlando, and this perfectly located hotel was amazing. great price for a night, very very clean, and seems newly updated. check in was swift and staff was courteous, and even gave some water bottles at check in. only con was that there was an elevator not working during the stay, which made the wait for the elevator quite long. would definitely stay at this hotel in the future. good location as its in lake buena vista right off the highway, so even though we werent visiting the parks (boycott disney!), it was a centrally located property with easy access to most of orlando

Nice refurbished room but many finishing touches not complete. No soap dish in the shower, no towel bars, pool closed for repairs, two of three elevators not working

Only downside was the pictures showed a balcony with a sliding glass door, which was there. Only problem is the door is screwed shut and you can’t access the balcony. Was a big reason why I spent the extra on this particular hotel.
