The hotel was ok. The staff was super friendly. The bathroom was definitely not very clean. The cleaning people seem to do the minimum. Our shower had built tartar, some animals inside and it was clogged. And another thing, you can hear everything outside the door. It's close to the ******s, it's the only good thing. We just stayed 1 night.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I had made a mistake on my reservation and needed to add an extra night which was handled quickly and efficiently. Also there was a new girl training at desk and I liked the way they assisted her in my reservation, they were both friendly and we enjoyed our stay there. Would highly recommend your hotel to others.

Probably the nicest Holiday Inn I’ve ever stayed in. The room was spacious and the service was quick and professional. Very organized. Very clean.

The check in lady was very nice and helpful. The room was very nice as well. There seemed to be some kind of fragrance coming into the room that really affected my husband and I sinuses, it smelled good but very strong. I would definitely stay there again.

Choice hotel for quiet location. The lobby and entrance clean and welcoming. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. But bathroom in need of serious update in room 403, tub had been painted, mildew around caulking areas, fixtures dull water spotted. House keeping missed an dirty washcloth hanging on shower curtain bar. 2 toilet paper holders but you need very long arms just to reach one closest to toilet. Also the footstool with chair has stains all over it, needs58 be cleaned.

The property needs to updated, such as the hallway carpet needs to be replaced or at least shampooed. The hotel rooms could use a fresh coat of paint.

There was a black mold infestation in the bathroom and inside cabinetry. If we hadn't gotten to our room so late in the night, we would have changed hotels. The room smelled extremely musky and it was a very unpleasant experience. The staff did not seem concerned about the issue.
