Fabulous as always! We always enjoy our stay. Zoey Duplichain is a fantastic concierge and very attentive to the details. Our special order chocolate cake was fantastic. The water was perfect and the food is delicious. We absolutely loved it and we are going back next week! Can’t say enough about it! We love bills on the beach and Austin is a great server. The beach is great for walking at night and the atmosphere is great. Plenty of things to do and lots to see for everyone. We love golden nugget. The black jack is wonderful and they keep the drinks coming. We are going to celebrate my twins 21st birthday on Monday. I can’t wait it’s going to be absolutely perfect. We’ve ordered a cheesecake from Vic and Anthony’s. I’m sure it will be nothing short of amazing.

Property was very clean. Rooms are nice. Only suggestion would be to improve on the in room coffee. I love they provide a coffee maker but just wish the brand/taste of the coffee was better. The room is nice and the coffee is the same you get at lower tier hotel.

Overall everything was great just didn’t care for the softness of the bed we had but that’s a personal preference. Also the mosquitos by the boardwalk were bad. ****** was very clean waiters were incredible. Valet was super fast

Do any of your staff smile? Hotel check in staff was unfriendly. Seemed to be annoyed at checking us in. Very short with their interactions. Not helpful at all as in asking us if we had been there before, new to the area, or did we have any questions.
Saltgrass Steakhouse had just as rude of a check in staff as well.
Our room however was absolutely beautiful and worth the stay. Spacious room with a great bathtub and comfy king bed. Nice hot shower.
Room service attendant was friendly but our order was messed up. Clearly ordered pancakes but they didn’t show up with our omelette. Then they seemed to have been challenged at charging the order to the room. 5 calls later the charge effortlessly went through.
Pool area was beautiful!
All in all, we will not be back.

Stopped here on our 3 day road trip when we saw a band we like was playing. Parking which was free and hotel had everything you need. Only regret we had was our timing, the hotel was amazing but our travel timeline didnt allow us time to use it. Many restaurants inside made it easy to grab a bit after the show. You could do a weekend at the property and do minimal to no ********.

The room was clean and no smell but the hallway around my room the 8th floor room number 835 was very bad. We had no mini frige or microwave in the room. This room was a king size bedroom. We went there for our 20 years anniversary and stayed one night. The bed was ok but the mattress retains a lot of body heat. If you like sleeping hot it is ok but it wasn't ok for us.

The room was beautiful and wonderful options for dining. The bed was lumpy, shower made a high pitch noise when turned on, the staff wasn’t the friendliest when asking for a cotton pillow due to allergies one never came after several calls.

Hotel room was beautiful, comfortable bed, spacious, clean. Some oddities, no fridge, no hand towels. The room had a large bath tub. Very slippery and dangerous, no way to grab on to it and get out. Elevators broken. Check in process was absolutely ridiculous and the line was 75 people deep.
