Property is in poor condition pool is under construction no WiFi room was dirty food in drawers spider in room.

I like the Polynesian theme. Hotel was extremely quiet. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Breakfast in cafe was good and at a good price. The waitstaff was super attentive keeping that coffee cup full. Would recommend and will stay again.

The room is kinda in old condition - we had broken refrigerator; AC stopped working on the first night; one of the lights was not working. The hotel offered us to switch to another room.

Great for families! Only wished the outside pool was ready but summer just started, so used the indoor one. Beeakfast staff and front desk staff, super friendly!!! Will definitely stay there again!

Overall an excellent value. Friendly staff. Room was recently renovated, and very spacious with a seating area, small fridge, sink, stovetop and microwave. Our only issue was that the mattress was quite soft, which was difficult for my back.

A nice spot within walking distance of all the attractions and restaurants. It is affordable comparatively to other spots nearby, and while a bit dated in appearance, was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful, there are both indoor and outdoor pools, a restauarant in the hotel, and various vending machines.

Hotel needs a lot of updating. The property outside could have been landscaped more. However staff was great. Nice location.

The only redeeming aspect was the exceptional effort of a new staff member who went above and beyond on her 1st day. The check-in process was smooth, which initially gave us hope for a pleasant stay. However, things quickly took a turn for the worse. A few min after settling into our room, the new girl informed us that our room had been mistakenly rented to another party. By this time, we had already unloaded all our luggage for a long weekend stay. After being notified of the mix-up, we were assigned a different room located a considerable distance away. We had to load our belongings back into the car and move to the new location. Upon arrival, the newly assigned room was in an appalling state, with dead bugs on the floor, footprints on the sheets, and general debris everywhere, as shown in the attached picture. Unfortunately I did not take more pics. We had no choice but to move back to the original room where the beds were unmade, and we were unsure if the sheets had been changed. The new staff member (the same girl at the front desk)kindly retrieved fresh sheets from the laundry and made the bed for us. Nonetheless, the room remained dirty, outdated, and poorly maintained, with empty tissue boxes and more. The condition of the hotel grounds was equally disappointing. The pool was under construction, rendering it unusable, and the outdoor grass was about two feet tall, making the area seem neglected and rundown. Heads up, no elevators. Unless you book ground floor you're hiking luggage up to room.
