We had to switch rooms due to our room not being cleaned before we check in. The second room was better but there were dirty towels left, used flossing tools, and an empty toilet paper role left behind.
The food was very cold and the person in charge of breakfast did not keep up with everything staying stalled up.

My bed would not stop making noise, any arm movement at night prompted a loud squeak from the metal base, I paid for 7 rooms, and hope that my clients did not have the same room experience I did.

Easy check in. Desk person rustled up a snack and a beer that saved us from having to go out for dinner. Very much appreciated.

When I checked in the person was apparently having a bad day. Maybe doing too much work for her pay.
Was as inviting to guests as a dirty dish rag.

Front desk person with face tattoos was not friendly at all! Her name should be Curt.
Hotel is very nice though. Clean room and nice beds.

Staff was helpful and the room was excellent. It was helpful to have 2 queens and a pull out sofa bed for the same price as just two queens at most other places.

The hotel was very well kept, looked like new. The lady at the front lobby was very friendly and hospitable.

When I got to my room the tv service did not work. I went to front desk and they said for me to unplug the tv and plug back in to see it works. I did that myself and the tv service worked for a couple more hours and then went out again, and I was not going to mess with it anymore
