B_Smart Motel Landquart

Things are a bit different from the average hotel. I didn't see any staff, check-in is via a console and breakfast is self-service. There is a 24 hour help phone and an e-mail contact to deal with problems. The beds are good, the rooms are clean but there was no housekeeping on the second Sunday I was there. The coffee machine was available 24/7, free of charge, but broke down three times in 11 days. Breakfast was a basic continental style one with no hot option. The heating control panel in the room was broken, leaving it slightly cooler than I would have preferred. The shutters appear to be on a timer so open and close when you don't expect it. Mke sure you use the curtains.

The hotel is way overpriced. checking in was herculean as there was no human contact. and it was so cold. Breakfast so bland. Horrible. For a hotel price that high per night, there was no value for money. I am very disappointed.

Chosen for its close proximity to the station, and Chur for our departure on the Glacier Express we could not have chosen better. A couple in front of us were experiencing difficulties at the self check-in but reassuringly were receiving help on the phone so when we experienced the same we were confident that we could get help and so with a little time wasted we were off to Junior Suite 3. It was huge, light and airy. Great entrance area for case, coats, storage, large bathroom with spacious shower and then the room itself with 5 full width windows across was vast offering a great view. Large sofa seating area and adjustable TV was well thought out, would suggest a coffee table beneficial. The concealed kitchen added to the comfort of the suite but with only a microwave I assume utensils and crockery are obtained from the refreshment area, as too hot water. One complimentary bottle of water was provided. No USB charge points and found only one socket our plug adaptor fitted. We did enjoy some live UK tv channels. All the facilities were immaculate with the refreshment area being spotless and offering a good selection of drinks, hot and cold, breakfast cereals, yoghurts fresh fruits breads and pastries. The staff very pleasant and doing a good job restocking and cleaning. We missed the opening hours of the nearby Coop but Avec was open 0530-2200 and was very well stocked with lots of choice. I would not hesitate to book another stay - the standard was unexpectedly above average and extremely good.

Very nice hotel. A bit different with no actual people at location. Everything needed and we would stay again. Only thing negative parking is a bit far away.

Convenient, right next to the station. Modern smart accommodation with self check in and free tea coffee along with inclusive breakfast. Have stayed before and will stay again.

Geniales Hotel

Due to a medical urgency (operation) of my son we had to cancel a trip. I asked this hotel a month in advance for cancellation. They refused. Then I asked to postpone to another date (6 month later, off-season). They refused. Just explaining 'Our policy terms state you have to pay the entire fee'. This kind of arguments in times where everyone constantly has to change plans due to healthcare elements is an illustration of trying to cash in on people no matter what. Avoid this hotel!

Nice location and cool rooms. I only thought it felt a bit unnecessary to fill in a form with my name etc at the digital self-check-in, as this could have been settled beforehand.

Clean,modern. The selfservice(check-in, breakfast, voiding parking tickets,check-out) worked perfectly, congrats to the management! We'll be definetly coming back.
