Although this is not a new hotel, however, the cleanliness, hotel, and housekeeping are very clean. I stay here for 3 days and 2 nights. The bedsheets and pillowcase towels are all very clean. Service is also good. Very nice hotel.
Location is good for shopping within walking distance, there is no need to worry about food also walking distance.
Will book again for the next trip

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Bayview Hotel in Langkawi with my family, and I must say it was an experience worth cherishing. Our accommodation, the Family Suite, provided us with everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay.
One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's excellent amenities. The swimming pool was a hit with the kids, who thoroughly enjoyed splashing around while we relaxed in the nearby loungers. The hotel also offered a variety of dining options to suit every palate, ranging from local delicacies to international cuisine. We particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which featured an extensive spread of delicious dishes to kickstart our mornings.
Overall, our experience at the Bayview Hotel Langkawi was nothing short of fantastic. From the comfortable accommodations to the excellent amenities and friendly staff, every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to any families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway in Langkawi. We can't wait to return!

The staff here was extremely friendly and helpful. There is a travel agency in the lobby open during work hours where you can get helpful information about tours, local beaches, restaurants etc that we found very useful. The hotel is also conveniently located next to several banks, eating places, supermarkets and Langkawi’s Kuah night market that occurs on Wednesdays and Saturdays. We had an ocean view room that gave us a view of the ocean and pool. Our queen room was spacious and so was the bathroom, which included both a shower and bathtub. The rooms were decently clean though I would say the focus was more on certain items or areas and not the whole room. Still, it wouldn’t hold us back from visiting again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The room and pool area have nice view of MAHA Tower. The Grab was always available which is not the case in all areas of the island. The hotel stuff organized us a private airport transfer (for extra charge ofc). There is planty of asian options for the breakfast and some western as well. The room is dated and bed sheets had stains on them.

This is a big old battleship of a hotel...probably built in the 1980s and still giving off that vibe despite the staff's best efforts to pretend otherwise. Competitively priced, the rooms are a good size and serviced with a smile...crazy, fit-inducing carpets abound; the gym is adequate as is the pool...The Woodpecker Bistro yearns for customers as disco balls sadly twinkle around its always-empty dance floor. We didn't join the breakfast conga and the WIFI, probably still powered by a whistling dial-up modem somewhere, is sporadic and constantly dropping out which is a shame because th....[NO SERVICE AVAILABLE]
