At first, there was a problem with our booking. The staffs told us that we booked for two guests only. But our reservation shows that the booking is for three guests. But we’re glad trip.com fixed it.

2nd time stay at this lovely hotel. As usual checking-in was a breeze. Had dinner at Warung Pakku on the 13th Floor. Really enjoy the food and cool night air

this is Terrible hotel i have ever stayed. really not recommended
i was there with my family for three nights.
when we arrived, nobody was in the reception desk to register
room key cards are not working. had to come down 4 times to change the room key card. and also had to to scan more than 5 times to open the room door.
When w try to use the bathroom, the ceiling plaster felt down to the floor. And had to change the room again.
rooms are not clean. when they cleaning the room they never vacuum the floor.
breakfast food was terrible.

The bed is comfortable. Near to the Kuah jetty. Other than that need to improve the cleanliness.

This is the best place for you if you want to experience Kuah Night Market. This night market located next to the hotel so definitely worth the stay. The hotel also located in the heart if Langkawi centre so everywhere is within reach.

The room is nice and clean.
It's quite far from the beach, but close to the ferry station.
They don't provide toothbrushes kits and laundry service.
Not the best but not the worst experience.

So bad place …. If you want to join the bathroom you need to open water everywhere , and waiting 15 min … than water will be hot …. They didn’t cleaning my room always … 10 day a was in this place , and 7 days that was cleaning … also they come clean at 14:00. Around that time .
So if you want coffee better buy , also same about the drinking water … breakfast was ok ..
But they not have a bar , also gym not working 🤣
There is one sunbed on the roof near the pool for the entire hotel ....
Swimming pool soo nice yes..
But I’ll newer coke back to that place , for LANGKAWI it’s hight price , and the service in weird 🙄

Good location with too many alcohol shops in 100-200 meters. But no have nearby beach to swim. Decorating is old. Need to ask stuff for something’s like a toilet paper, brushes, toothpaste and so on. Was a good looking for the sunset. Good for 1-2 nights stay. Rooftop swim pool good for swimming only afternoon, at morning water is very cold.
