Ombak Villa Langkawi

The affordable villa, and it not so remote area. As you can get your grab car . It takes 15 minutes ride to airport

The hotel not clean, and when I just arrived the air-condition was not working well. I waited for 2 hours to fix it but still not fixed. I have to leave the hotel because it's was hot in the room. The hotel staff didn't even to apologize for this problem.

Hotel location is close to langkawi airport. Drive to pantai cenang beach 10min. Room is big and clean. Staff service is good too

I recently stayed at Ombak Villa in Langkawi for two nights with my parents, and our experience was memorable. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the Triple Suite, which offered a spacious and comfortable environment. The private beach area was a particular favorite, where we enjoyed leisurely strolls and stunning sunsets. The lush gardens and well-maintained pool area also contributed to the overall tranquility of the stay. The service at Ombak Villa was commendable. The staff were attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests or provide helpful local recommendations. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a diverse selection of fresh, delicious options that catered to various tastes. One minor drawback was the limited dining options within the resort, which could be a consideration for longer stays. However, the quality of the food we did have was good, and there are local eateries a short drive away. Overall, Ombak Villa provided a pleasant and restful experience with its beautiful setting, comfortable accommodations, and attentive service. It’s an excellent choice for those seeking a relaxing getaway in Langkawi with a touch of luxury.

This is the place for people who: Like a hotel that is a 20 min drive from the main street Like attentive staff that remember your name Take care of things when you bring it up. Like a good view of the beach but don't want to swim in it (because you can't) Enjoy a good buffet and dinner options Enjoy renting an e-bike to get places The room is solid and they were responsive with fixing the AC and moving me to a different room when the AC crapped out. The staff is incredibly responsible and communicates well with eachother. The only thing I would suggest is compensation for problems. They fixed problems but merely just that. A simple sorry and that's all. I would go into specifics but it's not necessary but if there's an issue I'd suggest giving something surprising and personalized keep the customer coming back. It's a lovely place with amazing beds and I enjoyed it a lot. Thanks to all the staff that remembered my name

My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. Combination of luxurious accommodation, exceptional service and fabulous food made it perfect. I won't think twice to stay here again if I come back to Langkawi.
