Cenang View Hotel

It was a very good budget stay and the view on the 4th floor was great with a swimming pool and all. The Security deposit was also not much and the heritage tax collected by the hotels was cheaper than other hotels. All in all, We loved the stay.

Parking must be paid for by hotel guests. not borne by the hotel. Quite expensive for long parking time. The towels provided are dirty, have been used by other people. Had to ask for another towel. The door lock from inside the room is broken, just use the card key. TV broadcasts are very limited, there are only 2 channels that work, quite boring. Simple facilities suitable for cheap rates. Sorry, picture is not related to review. Tq

Close to many attractions. Large room with cheaper rental. for big families and group lodging. Have restaurant at the entrance. Breakfast and lunch, many restaurants around. Duty free and under water complex is just opposite. Nice pool at 4th floor. Strongly recommend fir group or big families.

We booked in accident the night one day too early and they let not change it to later and lied to us that there were no free rooms available on the other days. Yes there was. When we came to the hotel reception they asked us to pay extra 10 myr payment on top the 1myr daily turist tax. On the trip.com it clearly says that price includes taxes but that was not enough to them. I m waiting either trip.com or the hotel to refund that extra 10 myr. Small sum but promised prices should be kept. The receptionists in this hotel are example of old world non customer service and the feeling in the hotel is that customers need all kinds of rules to behave. Not very friendly or appreciated feeling. The swimming pool on the 4th floor is nice but the surroundings not very cozy and does not have sun beds etc to make one enjoy the roof terrace. Overall feeling with loose floor tiles is worn down. Location is great but the customer service needs urgent actions.

Good stay, but once is enough. The space is quite spacious for budget hotel, with balcony facing the sea even though the constructions in front 😅 Coway on many level, convenient. BUT not so kids friendly, they opened the swimming pool at 10am, which already hot and cramped. Of course cramped because customers waited since morning and only have few minutes to swim and have fun with kids before checkout at 12 noon. with sunny weather, no choice but to swim under the hot sun. There are also playground but with scorching hot, who will play comfortably? Penalty also will be imposed if you late checkout for 10 minutes. And not smiling staff, but its fine with me. Good hotel by the way, but next time i will consider to try other hotel around.

Very very bad for families for staying. I’ve asked for a extra pillow & they refuse to give me. At last they wanted 30rm per night for me extra pillow. I was there in Ramadan and it’s very tough to stay here because they don’t have any crockries even any water glass. We suffered for sahri a lot. Not suggested for family.

We use to stay in this hotel whenever we come to our project side. The Hotel was conveniently located and is easily found. The room very comfortable, bed is soft and comfortable for stay. The facilities is fine and acceptable with the hotel price . Most important is my stay is comfortable and I kind a familiar with surrounding, the food nearby and also convenient store available. The scenery also nice, you can see the sea. The staff also good service, friendly . The location is just perfect for a walk around for tourist too

Good place to stay for a family with young children as it has pool and ocean view at top of his building with a low cost! Our room is comfortable enough and we will repeat again.
