The B&B is almost all solid wood, the facilities are very careful, the air conditioner does not need to be turned on, the constant temperature hot water is powerful, and the glass skylight of the bathroom can really see the stars. The boss was very enthusiastic and took us to another homestay for breakfast in the morning. The tofu buns were delicious. Because the natural environment is too good, various animals are more common. I occasionally hear the crowing of unknown creatures at night. In the morning, there are chickens and geese. There are basically no mosquitoes in the room. Maybe this is also a unique experience of the hotel.

This price can definitely give a high score to live in such a homestay. The homestay is between Lanxi and Youyu Ancient Town. Most of the people who live here go to the morning tea street in Youyu Ancient Town in the morning. His family intimately provided a free service from Lanxi Station to pick up the hotel and send it to the ancient town the next morning. This is a service that exceeds my expectations. The sanitation is OK, parking is free, and one kilometer behind the hotel is Zhuge Bagua Village, a thousand-year-old village. The proprietress was young and beautiful and enthusiastically gave us answers to some of the travel issues in Zhuge Bagua Village.

This time I stayed at Lanxi Xiaoqizhu B&B. I have a few feelings: First, the room is large and there is a cloakroom. Second, it is clean and hygienic. Stray Clouds Villa is a fantastic place to stay in Jiande, especially for those looking to take a break from city life and enjoy some time in the countryside. The owner of the hotel lives in Singapore, but handles registration for foreigners remotely. The three women who work at the hotel are lovely and make sure that each guest is treated with the same generous hospitality. My only suggestion for foreign passport holders looking to stay here is to establish contact with the owner in advance by adding his WeChat (same as the hotel's phone number) to share documents required for registration at the local police station including passport information page, current Chinese visa, most recent entry stamp, residential address in China, and phone number. This will decrease the time needed for check-in. The hotel itself was spectacularly clean and the rooms were spacious. The hotel is just minutes away by foot from Tuanyun Pagoda (抟云塔) and Wenchang Pavilion (文昌阁), two of Xinye Ancient's Village (新叶古村) most recognizable landmarks. The nearest bullet train station in Lanxi, Jinhua is currently closed, so it's best to take a bullet train into Jiande Station (建德站) followed by a 70-90 minute Didi directly to the hotel. Highly recommended for a weekend getaway!

The hotel is next to Zhuge Bagua Village. I personally think that the price is really high. The environment is also good. It may be that there is no popularity in the off-season. I mainly pass by. Otherwise, it is OK to ask friends to come here to play.
