Apartamentos Lanzarote Paradise Colinas

I don't know why some people are moaning about this place. You get what you pay for at the end of the day. Lovely large rooms although a bit sparse and echo's a bit (A few pictures would be nice). Bathroom large and separate bedroom was huge. It was clean and well stocked as you would expect. 15 min walk to the beach and bars.

Lovely hotel. Nice and clean lovely friendly staff. Food was lovely to. Rooms are nice and big and bright to . Ideal location for wandering about seeing Costa Teguise. Taxi isn't dear to teguise old town either for the big market. Was nice and quiet when we went as well

Nice location nice base. Rooms need updating but everything else is fine .staff are amazing .bit of a walk to town and beach but this hotel puts a free bus on with a return at 4pm . Pool bar is great with nice food and drinks at a good price . Jamie behind bar is a really nice chap and likes to have a good laugh with everyone. All in all a good base

Nice little self catering budget hotel. 20 mins walk from the busy area of Costa Teguise. Rooms are basic and bare! We were the for 3 nights, room wasn’t cleaned or towels replaced, but to be fair, we kept it tidy and basically used the room to sleep in. The day we arrived though, they’d certainly bleached cleaned the room! Our nostrils certainly detected that for a couple of days. Kitchen area very basic with usual equipment at hand. Around the pool was fine and kept tidy. Bar was reasonably priced for drinks Reception as above, reasonable. The guy helpful at check in. It was all ok

Booked this based on the picture of the pool mainly looked really nice ....but on arrival it was all fenced off was told was drained for emergency would be filled during week never happened wish I had read review has been since August !! Worse was to come drilling and stone cutters !!!nightmare

The location was manageable for us as it was a 15 minute walk to playa bastian beach- which is local to the other main beaches, a lovely restaurant and lots of shops and amenities. Situated just 5 minutes walk from this hotel is the Aqua Park (you can see it from the hotel) and so if you do like water parks it’s ideal. There is a petrol station which is a 5 minute walk away, visible from the hotel. This is the Disa brand. Here you can get sandwich material, treats and general toiletries and goods. It’s not the biggest selection however what is there is a good wide selection (and toys for younger children) The staff here are amazing. We stayed on the Tabaiba hotel in June which is the sister hotel and 2 of the staff work at both sites. A very warm and welcoming Hola - which was great. We stayed in the main area near the restaurant and bar. We have not found it too load as the facilities close at 12am. This hotel is very relaxed, comfortable and great value. The views are amazing and you can see the sea in the distance. The cleaner came whilst we were here and again very helpful and friendly. The apartment we stayed in was very large with plenty of room for a family of 4. The bar/restaurant does serve pizza which we benefitted from a couple of times and was very nice The swimming pools are clean and safe as there is a lifeguard. There is an additional garden area overlooking the landscape of volcanic ashes and volcanoes in the distance - with palm trees scattered here and there - and the sun - 26 in November - what more could you want! It’s not 5* so don’t expect that however it is very well priced for the accommodation and facilities available. We’ve been able to come away twice due to the low cost And there is a shuttle bus to town so that would be a bonus with mobility issues
