amazing view and so lovely to get an upgrade to a sea view room. Hearty did a great job checking us in and all the staff were lovely and helpful. Food selection was limited but still very yummy! Would love staying here again

Room is nice. All staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. Have tried all outlets and food is all good so far. Love the spa.. had massage 3 times during stay.

Our staying was good, lady on the reception upgraded our room, so we have a really beautiful view. The hotel staff are smiling and friendly, but it was hard when during the day you hear around 100 times “good morning and good evening”😄The breakfast was awesome, delicious, really liked it. Thanks for that.
Once after dinner we decided to walk to mactan newtown. Passing by the village we were shocked...So a beautiful hotel was built, but the way to hotel is really disgusting...And you can’t walk to mactan newtown, every time you have to call a taxi. So i guess hotel must provide a free shuttle to mactan newtown because there is nothing in the hotel, except 1 restaurant and bakery. You can stay there just for 3 days. It will be enough to sunbathing and swimming.
Moreover i had a birthday, my husband was trying to arrange a dinner to our room, but they even didnt bring it to room, as they don’t have a room service, so he had to take it in the boxes. Hotel even didn’t send congratulations to me, although husband mentioned it in the booking. That’s too sad.

The reef exceeded my expectations! It was clean, luxurious and there is something to do for everybody.
