Very nice and clean hotel! Loved that the pool was indoors not outdoors.Breakfast was great as well

I’m not gonna lie, at first I wasn’t too impressed when we pulled in for our visit. But…. It was a clean hotel and the staff there made it so enjoyable. Very friendly and ever so eager to take care of their guests.. I was a tad concerned when we realized we were 3 blocks from the border but I never felt unsafe at all! There was a night security fellow there and he was seen walking around the parking lot at night making sure everything was as it should be. If we find ourselves heading back to Laredo we will definitely stay here again.

Hello i used to like this hotel but now the elevator wasnt working , air condition wasnt working , fridge wasnt working, room carpet wasnt vacuumed, the first front desk lady was super rude. When i reported all of this the maintenance guy told us that it was fine and of course it wasnt , we couldnt move to a different room because the hotel was all booked, price was expensive i would suggest a different hotel…

The website for such hotel is very deceiving! It looks new and luxurious but it's old, masked with very strong artificial airfreshner, dirty on the outside, and very run-down neighborhood surrounding it. It makes the area very insafe to be in!

The good point is that the room is spacious. Breakfast is ok.
The down sides are:
1. The shower area is very small. There is a useless space in between the shower area and toilet area. It appears that they purchased wrong size of the shower base and pan.
2. The water pressure was low for shower and hot water was not hot enough.
3. There were only 4 small square pillows on the king size bed.

We stopped here for one night on a car trip. The hotel is conveniently located just off of the freeway and there are a lot of restaurants and shopping within a mile or two. The hotel is newly renovated. The lobby, hallways and rooms have new paint, fixtures and carpet. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable! Breakfast was good with a lot of options. We would definitely stay here again.
