Coming in with a team of eight, Mrs. April accommodated us all fairly quickly. Not only did she start the welcome right, but she greeted us at any opportunity with good small conversations throughout our stay. She gave great recommendations to include what Nellis AFB has to offer, where ticket and sales give military members great deals if on a budget. The staff and management was overall helpful, noticeably hardworking and it shows through out the building. Your teams impeccable service and what seems to be an experienced group of professionals. Working aside with the Inspector General team from Eglin AFB, it was great to be in a clean and professional environment while away from our homes. They did not honor the reservation and gave us a lesser room but still charged the suite rate. They also promised extra bonus points and did not honor this either. Left numerous messages with no results. Even got the managers cell number and no return phone calls

I travel regularly for work in the north part of Las Vegas and thus extended stay hotels are something I look for. I regularly like to stay at Home2s as its become my favorite extended stay hotel brand. This Home2 seemed relatively brand new, the staff informed me it opened mid-2023. They certainly keep it looking new. The property is clean, the housekeeping does a great job keeping the suites clean -- the rooms are much larger than typical. I've stayed at other extended stay brands like Marriott TownePlace Suites, and these rooms are much bigger, feels nice for a longer stay to get comfortable. I once stayed on the ***** for a trip a few months ago and I'd say I'd never do that again. Housekeeping and cleanliness has really deteriorated at the larger resorts, definitely not worth it when you're staying for an extended period of time -- and the resort and parking fees add up. The area is a bit more warehouse/industrial, given the growing distribution center and air force base presence in this part of Las Vegas. Its safe if you act smart and don't leave belongings (tools, luggage, etc.) in your car. Just travel smart, crime is up across the country, and this is Las Vegas after all. The parking lot is very well lit and its clearly visible from the front lobby. The hotel had security overnights which was nice to know. The fitness center is not bad for a hotel, good amount of cardio equipment, peloton, free weights, and a cable machine. Equivalent size and equipment to a nice expensive apar**ent building you'd find in a major city. Breakfast is good too and probably underrated. The breakfast sandwiches are very good, the same quality of the Starbucks sandwiches I'm usually grabbing when I'm in between flights at the airport. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I'll likely be back here for my next trip and have been telling my work colleagues about this hidden gem as well.

The room was nicely cleaned and organized. Everything was great. Food was decent for the price that was paid. Overall it was a great stay.

New and clean and easy check in. The issue was the room. We asked for accommodations for special needs and got a small room not accessible. The barn door for the bathrooms are terrible. The offer no privacy, and the bathroom also was small. This door was very difficult to move and these doors need to go.

The room was spacious and very clean! There was plenty of counter space to work and the large windows brought in a lot of light! My favorite part was the fact that there was a coffee bar with everything that I needed saving me money along the way. The coffee is always available and always fresh! Ms LaToria and Ms Shavon truly made me feel like home and a family member at that!

This hotel was amazing. Big contrast in cleanliness vs. hotels on the *****.

I was traveling with my wife and daughter who are not the easiest to please when it comes to hotels and Home2 Suites hit a homerun. The hotel was clean and the rooms where comfortable and had all the amenities to make our stay pleasant. The small detail I loved was the knob to turn on the shower was in the back of the shower so you don't get hit with cold water when you turn on the shower. We had leftovers from a great Italian dinner that we re-heated and ate on the nice plates and nice stemware in the room. Then we treated ourselves to a midnight ice cream snack from front desk. The compilatory breakfast was great. I did not get a chance to workout in the gym but I will next time! Great overall Stay!

The staff here is awesome. I had a question about booking and was told to contact Shavon. When I called back later during normal business hours, she was in a meeting, but to my surprise, Shavon took the time out of her busy day to call me back just to answer my question. She then provided absolutely outstanding customer service and was extremely accommodating to my request. When I checked in, I was treated like royalty and made to feel very special. As of this writing (Nov 2023), the rooms all feel brand new, as if I’m the first person to ever stay there. Breakfast is a decent spread with ample variety. Highly recommend.
