It's okay. Some rooms are a lot older than others. Service needs some work.
We stayed at the JW Marriott in Las Vegas over Thanksgiving in November. I booked a studio suite and I requested an upgrade through Marriott using my suite upgrade allocation. It should have put me in a one bedroom. The day before I arrived, I received an email telling me I could upgrade to a one bedroom for $60 per night. I replied back that I had requested the upgrade using my suite nights allocation. They should be able to confirm it at no cost. I did not receive a reply. When I arrived at the hotel, they tried to tell me that I needed to pay them $60 per night for my existing room. They then determined this was incorrect.
When they gave me the room key, they told me that they had used my suite upgrade. I went to the room only to find that it was the studio suite that I had originally booked. I went back to the desk where they figured out that I should be in a one bedroom. They checked me in again and sent me to a different tower. It was a one bedroom.
The suite was large but definitely worn and dated. It was clean but the room had no personality.
The food at the hotel is just not great. We ate at their coffee shop twice. The iced tea was horrible. It was from a tap. The food was sub par. If you stay at this hotel, use delivery or go out to eat.

先説好的：陽台外風景很好。工作人員態度很好。
接下來全是壞的。我真的從來沒見過硬件如此糟糕的五星酒店。從剛進入房間開始，房間就瀰漫著一股下水道的味道。洗澡的時候水壓小就算了，重點是沒熱水啊！！！11月份的沙漠的晚上沒熱水，又沒手持的花灑，這涼涼的“温水”從頭上澆下來，真的把我給凍清醒了。然後洗完準備吹頭，吹風機上還沾着一大坨之前住客留下的頭髮...
晚上這陽台的風吧 還漏進來～再加上洗澡的冷水～吃西北風大概就是這感受吧～
總之這酒店除了清凈、離redrock近、工作人員熱情好客以外都很像夢迴初中軍訓的感覺...。

There was a really bad rotten egg smell in the Palms Tower lobby and in all the hallways the second night we were there. Probably some sewage issues. The smell somewhat seeped into our room so we just slept with the window open that evening. Otherwise perfect stay.

Our stay at the JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa was perfect! All staff was friendly, including restaurant and ****** staff. Our room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. I loved the atmosphere! Something for everyone, relaxation, dining, ******s, bars, scenic views, etc. I'd stay again!

Seemed like they were intentionally trying to box you into an expensive and unnecessary WiFi upgrade. Took two full trips from one end of the property to the other to fix.

An amazing experience. I’ve stayed in many hotels through out the years and I have to say, this was my most enjoyable. Everyone, without exception was engaging, helpful and extremely pleasant. The facilities were clean and fresh, not to mention, beautiful. The location was very convenient. And once again, the staff was exceptional! In a world of 5 star reviews, i give them a 10!

The hotel, grounds and rooms are very clean. The staff is wonderful and extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This trip was the best service and care I’ve ever received in my 70 years
