I love The Orleans. Great food, shows, pool area and ******** options. I wish they had a couple more breakfast restaurants for options, but overall everything is great!

The Orleans hotel and ****** is an old hotel but it is big. The hotel looks old.. carpet and room is so worn out. We will book other new hotel should we go to Las Vegas again. The service was very slow when the electricity *****ped down, it took more than 2 hours for the technician to come.. and the front desk refused to change room for us..

This was a nice hotel with plenty of food choices. The bowling alley has 52 lanes and was clean. Lanes were decent.

I reserved 2 rooms, one with the Las Vegas ***** view and the other one was regular, when we checked in they denied that and first they offered a room with a view for extra but when I told them my reservation was for a room with a view they said they were sold out, also in the amenities it was supposed to have coffee pot but they didn’t and their parking garage is not easy to find.

The bed was comfortable. The sheets were clean but had holes in them. Quiet hotel. The room itself was dirty. Dried food and stains in the floor and the menu had dried food stuck to the paper. The bathroom floor was gross but the tub was clean so points there. You can totally tell they do a really quick wipe down and hurry up. The Hotel itself was nice with good food. I would not stay here again but do recommend if you are just doing a quick 1 day overnight. OH by the way, do not check in early unless you are willing to pay. We checked in early but theu did not tell us there was a charge until check out.

The only thing is they had no micro, coffee maker or small refrigerator which is needed to at least keep your water cold in Hot weather!

Good customer service such ss patient to answer the enquiries and providing baggage storage service
Suggest providing a kettle for boiling water

Our stay was short, but great. Valet was awesome. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We had two complaints, the first is no room service is provided at this hotel it minor but its still good to have that option. The other complaint was the bathroom door was outdated. It's heavy to slide open and noisy but all around I'd give the Orleans a B+. We will definitely stay there again in the future.
