Cleaning and sevice were good but location really far away to everywhere with public transportation. It takes around 2 hours by bus. Also we couldnt find anything around otel for dining. There are just some otel restaurants and sbarro. It was like a village. ****** area was really good, clean and funny. There are a lot of machines.

Very upset once I got there, I had to pay $100 deposit, which trip.com never informed me about. Besides that the guy at the front desk was not at all welcoming or willing to work with me, since I had no more money at the time.

Made my reservation a month early. I was put on the 2 floor which is the pet floor. I didn't have a pet with me. My room was in terrible condition. Bulbs burnt out, outlets that didn't work, dirty, heating and air didn't work, no carpet, cheap fake wood floors, adjoining door that didn't lock and no ice machine on floor 2. I requested a new room the second day and not on the pet floor. The 4th floor was shut down. I was moved to the fifth floor. It was like being in a whole different hotel. Clean, everything worked and carpet.

There were some ‘big’ things on the floor of the room. A leaf and a large candy (like a dot) in the entrance area. Shower had mold

I had a medical emergency when we were checking in and Ben from security was a wonderful help along with the other personnel that came to our assistance.
Then on our second day my wife lost her phone and again came to our aid and made it so much easier than it could have been to get it back. High praise to everyone we came into contact with during our stay.

The front desk person was fantastic from the minute I walked in the door. He could not have been more polite and helpful and willing to help with anything that we needed. The rooms were large and very clean.

Lights would not turn off flickered like a haunted house so unplugged them. Tv did not work. Bath dirty and dripped all night. No bedspread just sheet/blanket. Fan sounded like it was grinding blades. Tv next door you could here right thru walls. Ice machine broken. No sleep at all.
