I took my mom for a significant life event and went to the nines with upgrades and it was worth it. She has a really good time in the space. The staff were courteous and welcoming, and even gave her a red rose because it was Valentine’s Day. The staff members were helpful directing us to the elevator to our room, and during check out they asked how it went. We enjoyed the extravagant and grand decorations from ***** New Year as well. I have nothing bad to say and all the excellent compliments to give this hotel. Highly recommend.

Huge hotel. Beautiful foyer. Although the amenities are definitely 5 star, being such a massive and busy hotel means it lacks the personal touch of other 5 star hotels/ resorts.

Booked kings suites with fountain view. The room is big and the view is good. Check out very quick and convenient where can do it in room via TV. Overall the hotel is good to stay

The resort in itself was exquisite, but our experience with check-in was unfortunately not very good. We checked in late at night, and the first room we got was already occupied. It's unclear how that could have happened, but the front desk explained the previous occupants had checked out but must have somehow stayed in the room (not sure how that would have happened, as the room must have been cleaned in between).
We got resort credit for compensation which was nice, but unfortunately the second room we got was also a bit of a disappointment; it was not the room type we had booked (premier king) but rather the non-renovated resort king. Finally the third time we got the correct room, and it didn't disappoint. Can recommend the premier king room, but however due to the issues we experienced this time, we will likely be staying at another resort next time.

Good overall. My kid room they found condom packets under the couch. I understand it maybe hard to clean, but maybe they should pay attention to it next time.

The room they gave us had no view I had to pay $75 / day to gat a semi decent view. Lamps had no charging facilities hard to find charging capacity. Hot water didn’t come for a LONG time thought shower was broken. Spa closed at 6pm not able to get a workout in. Parking was ridiculous you paid $23 for four hours every time you left the garage big rip off! Room was much smaller than other places we’ve stayed on the stop really needs updated. Very crowded!

Love the location of the hotel. We were able to view the fountain show from our room and that was a plus for us. However, service at the front desk check-in counter could have been better. The attitude of the staff who assisted our check-in seems to be in a haste to knock off and rushed us through the process. We were told by the staff that we could use our room key to exit and enter the bellagio carpark. But we were unable to do that and were stuck at the gantry every time we drove out and back. Furthermore, the parking garage does not differentiate between public parking and guest parking so we took a while to find a parking lot when we first arrive as the carpark was already quite packed. Perhaps the hotel could look explore zone segregation so that guests would be ensured a parking lot.
