Traveled with family for the holiday and they were able to get us 2 rooms on the same floor. Room looks like it had been renovated. If you don't like noise, make sure to ask for room away from the elevator. If you want your room clean, you have to call in advance and let them know.

I found this ******/hotel a tad too stuck in the past. If you’re traveling through the area, it’s a good deal though but nothing to go out of your way for.

Very disappointed with how I was spoken to when all I did was ask a question. Not sure if she was having a bad day or if she's always like this. Extremely rude and very unprofessional. The room was pretty clean just had some spiderwebs and alot of dust around the window. The balcony had alot of dead bugs.

酒店設施比較舊，但維護的還不錯，房間外風景秀麗，**設施齊全，有吸菸區，服務很好，會主動詢問一下是否需要免費飲料，餐廳服務也非常令人滿意，價格合理，食物可口好吃

Room was quite a distance from the elevator. An additional $145 deposit that was only partially returned.

Rooms were dirty and not as newly renovated as the pictures. Check-in: front desk gave us a King bed instead of what we reserved, & he even read to us our reservation which was 2 queens. Walked through the smokey ****** floor with no ventilation or circulation only to get to the wrong room. Come all the way back down with our luggage to ask for our 2-queen bed. Walked back through the ****** floor to get to the elevators to our correct room with 2 queen beds only to walk into crumbs on the carpet, dead spider on the bed and dirty black bathtub. Luckily we brought our own cleaning supplies, bedding, & towels. We were already exhausted to go back down to the front desk again to ask for another room. They should have paid us for cleaning there room. First time staying at this hotel and will be our last time. Yes we did let front desk know about it and she did apologize.
