Great stay, the staff was extremely helpful with the checking in process. I'll be back.

To begin with, we were given one room, and the TV would not connect to the satellite dish, so we asked for another room, and they did give us that. However, we have the same issue, no TV connectivity to the satellite dish. There was no shampoo in the shower. No cups for water or coffee. The hallways and steps in the facility looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a few weeks. We used to stay there quite often a couple years ago, before the change of ownership, and the facility was so much better back then. Was also disappointed in the fact that they no longer have the breakfast downstairs that they used to have, but only some small cinnamon rolls and muffins or something.

TV did not work properly, would mute itself for 15 minutes or so. I selected a room with a corner soaking tub and got a room with a shower only. Bathroom small, refrigerator freezer area not functioning did keep things cold only lamps for lighting, alarm clock didn’t work. Disappointed. Our friends stayed there also and their room was the room I selected and paid for also, but did not get.

TV didn't work and I needed highway conditions info for the next morning, which I used my phone to get. Hot water was lukewarm at best, so no shower potential during cold weather. The Staff was great with no issues checking in or out. The property itself is rather old and less maintained.

They clean everyday and very nice staff. Microwave broke And they quickly took care of the problem.

The carpets were so dirty they turned my socks black. The ceiling in the shower was peeling and falling off. The bathroom wasn't clean. Dirt on counter and in tub. Dirt on the floor. Sink would not drain. Mini fridge wasn't plugged in. Curtain rail was hanging out of the ceiling. No trash can. Trash behind the furniture. Broken crack pipe in the floor. Carpets not vacuumed. Blankets satined and with burn holes. Sheets stained. Food in the walls. I got the hotel so my family and I had a place to stay while our apartment was getting ready. I had to clean and disinfectant the entire room to my best ability just to make it safe for my child. I didn't have the ability to shampoo the carpets because they were disgusting. The Internet was slow. Breakfast was not served. Housekeeping never came to the room the entire week. So I'm glad I had my own towels and bedding. There were *********s in the hallway by a woman in a bathrobe wearing an ankle monitor. Someone drank themselves to death down the hall from our room. The heater was only on or off so it was either too hot or too cold with no options of in between. Fan in the bathroom didn't work. Two of the three lights in the bathroom flickered on and off randomly. One of the lamps couldn't be plugged in because it overloaded the outlet. This hotel needs to be closed and completely renovated because the issues are beyond just cleaning at this point. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Front desk clerk was wonderful. She was so friendly and helpful and greeted with a smile. Lock missing on door. Night stand lamps were up on wall, I had to get out of bed to turn them on or off. Packages of coffee but no coffee maker. Site states there’s a hair dryer, but there was no hair dryer.

Several light switches did not work or control anything. There was no bathroom fan. The light around the mirror was erratic. There was visible mold several places around the room. The lavatory faucet handle was missing a set screw so it would pop off in your hand. Breakfast consisted of a very meager selection of Little Debbie type miniature snacks and coffee. One of the sorriest continental breakfast I've seen. I would not recommend anyone to stay here particularly if you have any mold allergy problems

Mold around vents, bug in shower when I first walked in as well as an unflushed toilet, no air conditioner, tap water was black, no hot water for the shower, tv didn’t work.
