Pros: close to the city centre and a big mall. Free drinking water machine (including sparkling) any time at the lounge. Cosy rooms. Cons: Very poor breakfast (no hot meals (except tea/coffee), eggs to be baked/cooked on your own, choice of only two kinds of cold meat, no vegetables/fish/rice/potatoes/pasta). Pancakes got cold as soon as they were brought to the buffet. Sometimes teaspoons were absent (had to mix sugar with a soup spoon, and it's in France!). One of the lifts was broken (doors would open and close, but the lift wouldn't move). Inside the room - the tea kettle contained an old drink left by previous visitors. The toilet not clean. No room cleaning. Tap water had an unpleasant taste. Staff - one lady (dark hair) spoke very poor English and did not understand some basic things which are a must at this work position (for example, she did not understand what 'car rent(al)' meant). Another reception lady was very helpful and fluent in English. The kitchen lady (black woman) could have worked faster. As the hotel is close to the port, nights were quite noisy even with the window closed.

I don’t know how other people have rated this hotel 5 stars. The rooms are absolutely filthy and dated.silver fish in the cupboards. I woke up most days with bites on me. The Wi-Fi didn’t work for my full 5 weeks stay. Got sick of asking at reception. The blonde haired lady at reception is so rude when asking her all I got was “I’ve told you we are working on it”. Would never stay here again even if you paid me. AVOID!!!!!

I stay in the hotel for 6 weeks. For a long stay it was a perfect appart. The staff is really helpfull and frendly, the room was ok. Its in a good zone, near a shopping center. The room was clean and everything worked

Hôtel très propre, personnel disponible, très bien situé. Prix abordable. Literie un peu trop molle à mon goût. Je recommande vivement.

Très pratique, propre et personnel agréable. A 2 pas des docks et facile de se garer aux abords. Bon rapport qualité-prix !

Personnel très professionnel, cependant il faudrait revoir un rafraîchissement des appartements, car il y’a de la rouille dans la douche, dans l’évier… et autres..

Le fait qu’il soit non loin d’une boîte de nuit un samedi soir nous a perturbé notre nuit et en raison de la chaleur étouffante nous avons dû ouvrir la fenêtre donnant sur la rue, et avons été victimes des passages de motos et mobylettes qui passaient dans la rue ! Le lendemain nous avons été dédommagés par là personne qui se trouvait à l’accueil, elle nous a offert un petit déjeuner sur les deux prévus, mais cela ne remplace pas la qualité d’un sommeil réparateur !
