Awful dirty place! Nothing is real what they sell on the internet! Wondering who is rating this hotel with 5????!! Hotel is not even one star worth! Very upset as we checked out 2 days earlier (not received the money back!!), we could not handle the moldy room and all the rust and dirtiness with our child! Breakfast was so so bad quality all plates glasses - so so dirty!! The hotel needs a total renovation I can not recommend this place in this condition to anyone! Our car got scratched on their private parking and the first reaction of the lady on the reception was - we are not responsible!! He?? Lady who else as you, it’s your parking!! After threatening we call the police the manager came and hopefully the data with their insurance is real.. so all in all you see that it was a horrible vacation in this place!

Arrived at 1pm after a 4am rise to catch flight from Heathrow, we were hungry but because you don't get your room til 4pm you're not fed until 7pm diner. Food itself: very good, very fresh, something new every lunch and diner with themed meals. Lots of salads, freshly cooked hot meals and grill (slivers of sirloin and beef burgers available at all times), if you stay a week like we did there's no repetition in the meals. Desserts were like I ate my childhood so lovely with fromage frais, chocolate dessert, fresh fruit salads and apple compote, yoghurts and ice creams. Shame coffees and teas not available at the end of lunch and dinners (you have to pay for it downstairs at the bar) Breakfast; continental with ham, cheese, cereals, fruit salad, French and brown bread, croissants, pain au chocolat. They have soya milk as well as cow's Juice dispenser; multifruits, apple and orange (no sugar added I saw the label) Pancakes on some days and bacon and omelette on others. Now coffee (personally I have ground coffee cafetiere back home), use the machine in the middle with; café long (it has coffee beans and is decent) the others on either side is instant and pretty dire Fresh water dispenser as well as sparkling available at all meals. Rose by the carafe and white wine by the glass but as much as you want Accommodation; rooms are very basic, we only had a fan in ours which was OK for me and hubby but daughter was too hot despite running on full. Basic toiletries with shower gel and soap. Glass, clean towels changed once during our stay (midweek Wednesdays), rooms are tired but the complex is being bought by a company who will completely overhaul the site from next October. You get given a laundry bag to put your sheets and towels in on Saturday when you depart (stays from Saturday to Saturday) French TV with a few channels on WiFi; none in the room only reception area (not an issue as we still had roaming from the UK being on an old contract) I just want to give huge praises to Dylan who works in the restaurant, ever so helpful and a lovely lad. Ensure you visit lavandou town on the left when you get out of the locked gate. It's beautiful

Nous avons séjourné en août 2024 dans ce complexe soit disant 4* une honte de louer des chambres aussi vétustes…nous avons payés 1960 € sans petit déjeuner pour 8 nuits. Douche complètement moisie , fixation du rideau de douche ne tenait pas, porte fenêtre ne fermait pas correctement, serviettes tachées et abimées, jet d’eau de la douche sans aucune pression et variation de température intempestives, plafond avec moisissures chambre dégueulasse… Bref une belle arnaque !!! Dommage que je ne sois pas tombé sur poste comme le mien pour éviter d’y aller

Hôtel au charme désuet, nous y sommes bien. • Les chambres sont vieillottes, mais offrent tout le nécessaire avec beaucoup de rangements. La literie est de bonne qualité mais un frigo serait tellement plus agréable! • La piscine est belle, on y a toujours un transat et un parasol, l’eau est à 28,5°C. • Le buffet du petit déjeuner est copieux et complet: crêpes, œufs, céréales, fruits frais, viennoiseries. Certes la déco de la salle de repas fait cantine, mais la vue sur la mer absorbe tous nos regards. • Le bar de l’hôtel offre un service complet et nous ne pouvons déplorer que l’absence de petite restauration en après-midi et une heure de fermeture (22.00hrs) un peu trop tôt à notre goût. • La localisation est excellente: face à la mer, près du centre, avec un grand parking privé. • La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel est à souligner! Alors oui, tout n’est pas parfait, mais nous ne sommes pas là pour passer nos journées en chambres et nous estimons que le rapport qualité/prix est très bon. Nous y reviendrons!

Die Anlage, die es bereits seit mind. 40 Jahren gibt, ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer erinnern an Apartments auf einem Campingplatz. Die Fotos auf diversen Webseiten sind wirklich gut gestellt und gut aufgenommen. Die Realität ist eine Andere. Dennoch, wenn man sich dessen vorab bewusst ist, ist es eine nette Ferienanlage mit zweckmäßig eingerichteten Zimmern. Diese scheinen vor kurzem neu gestrichen und teilweise renoviert worden zu sein. Das kann man von den Balkonen nicht behaupten. Es ist alles etwas spartanisch und lieblos. Sauberkeit im Zimmer in Ordnung. Am Balkon viele Risse, Spinnweben und Betonfließen. Wie gesagt - wie ein Campingplatz - nur mit Appartements. Das Pool ist grandios und wunderschön - es gibt gratis Liegen und Sonnenschirme ,sowie einen Bademeister der auf Ordnung achtet. Das Pool ist von 10-18:00 geöffnet. Der Frühstücksraum bzw der Raum wo auch Halbpension und Vollpension angeboten wird ist eine riesige Halle die ein Kantinenflair hat. Ähnlich schmeckt auch das Essen. Frühstück in Ordnung. Viel Geduld braucht man bei der Bar am Pool. Personal generell sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Lage top .!! DIREKT am Strand und direkten Strandzugang. Für uns dennoch ein gelungener Aufenthalt, da wir nach viel Sight-Seeing einfach ein paar Tage am Wasser ausspannen wollten.

Una delusione per essere un 4 stelle. L’unica cosa positiva la posizione sul mare ( motivo per cui lo avevo scelto.) La struttura avrebbe bisogno di un restailing . Le foto parlano da sé. Arrivati di sera tardi altrimenti avrei cambiato. Gentile il ragazzo alla reception che mi ha detto di chiedere il cambio della stanza domani mattina al suo collega In camera presente macchina da caffè, ma la presa è scardinata
