I liked all the amenities. Your staff worked very hard to please us because you were obviously short. The bar tender was very friendly and went out of his way to answer our questions and give us his best service. Breakfast was rather hectic and it was difficult even getting the flatware needed to eat. You have a beautiful hotel and were happy you were open in spite of few staff who were able to make things run. Hire more!

The room itself was very comfortable. Had everything we needed. The bed was firmer than what I like but that's okay. I think if the TV had apps like Netflix or Prime, that would've helped since I spent most of one of the days we were there in the room. Also, I know this is dependent on the actual people, but more than once I was able to clearly hear the guests walking upstairs. If it was a bit I wouldn't have minded, but it was a constant and I found it bothersome. I thought for paying a bit more than other hotels I would at least not hear my neighbors.

Overall good but check the lights in the room for bulbs out and consider getting smart TVs for the price

There was an event in the conference center and absolutely no parking available. We had to park down the road and walk far then had to move our car late at night to the parking lot.

Hotel was great, but a little noisy---other guest being too loud to sleep. We did not complain to hotel staff; didn't want cause any trouble for anyone. After all, it was the holiday season. Would definitely stay here again. I usually stay at Hilton hotels in US and UK, where I travel often.

Close to medical facility and local shopping Coop. It is easy to find for people coming from out of the area. Key card security is great and staff has always been courteous and welcoming.

Guest doors slam or close rather loudly which can make you jump, heard that on and off all night. Also, some rather loud, drunk guests yelling or talking throughout the halls too, but that ended earlier in the night thankfully. Surprised though overall, how loud the outside was while inside my room, not great. Staff was fine, room was fine, drunk 50 something's roaming around yelling however is not my vibe
