Really clean and newly renovated hotel. Great bedding, you can feel that these are not used for ten years like every other motel. One big issue is the missing insulation of the floor. You can hear every step of the above room. We had bad luck and a woman with six kids had the room above us and they were jumping and running the whole time. This hotel is pet friendly, which also means that people will leave their dogs barking in the rooms.

The only negative was the mattress. This property appears to be brand new, which was great, but the mattress felt like one of those sofa bed mattress. Awful!

This is a brand new hotel, nice and clean. Pool is still being built which we didn’t realize and they did not have any cream for the morning coffee, only flavored creamers with lots of sugar. So disappointing to not have regular cream for morning coffee! Thats not acceptable and the gal at the desk made no effort to try and provide some. Breakfast is grab n go, not hot.

Never say never. I stayed at a location they have in Orlando and I swore I would never step foot in another Extended Stay America but here I am in Ft. Myers staying at the premier suites and I must say, the name says it all. This was a very pleasant surprise. Very affordable, brand new location, clean and customer service was amazing during check in and check out. When I'm back in Ft Myers for another business trip next week, this will be the hotel I'll stay in. Very surprised and very pleased

It was very peaceful an I was able to study well..front counter lady was absolutely amazing an friendly to us..She really made the stay feel easier an more comfortable from the start..I went to her several times to discuss matters due to us being there for a huge business exam an she was very helpful..

No pool is a let down and if you have a room above you there is not much in the way of sound proof. You can hear everything going on above you. Other than that the rooms are spacious.

The stay was great
Check was easy, I checked in early with chicken and early you pay a $20 fee. Wasn’t too bad total fee was $120 and no extras. Staff was great
We will stay again.

Property is brand new! Yet, room wasn't completely operational. Bathroom door handle kept coming off the door. Elevator was so slow, it took 5-10 minutes to go to floors. No breakfast was offered? Nothing? Okay stay, won't be returning to this location again.
